Unable to upload workshop items with steam family share account

I'm trying to upload some buildings to the workshop but every time I do this the game shows me an "unknown error".
When I take a look at my workshop uploads via Steam I just see empty items with "Planet Zoo" as title and marked as hidden. I'm playing via family sharing and I found more people with same issue and they also are playing with family sharing - may this be the reason?

(This might not be the top priority problem after so soon game has launched, but I wanted to report it anyway.
Game is awesome I love love love everything about it.)

Valve restrict Steam Workshop uploads to the direct owner of the game.

It's not something Frontier can override.

Ookay I did not know this. Is there any other way I could share my templates to my friend for example? Is there a file somewhere I could send or something.

If you save a blueprint you should be able to find it in the saved game folder, send it to your benefactor and they could add it to the workshop on your behalf.

The saved games folder should be located here:

%userprofile%\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Planet Zoo
