I think caprines need the most help.

You never have enough ungulates and you know I'm right. Here goes a lil list of the species I wish we get in the game in a future (Super happy for the red deer):

Perissodactyla:
Equids:
  • Somali wild ass
  • Grevy's zebra
  • Persian onager

Rhinoceros:
-Eastern black rhinoceros

Tapirs:
- None, fix the Malayan! Although I wouldn't be sad if we see the South American tapir at some point, but I'd prioritise other species.

Artiodactyla:
Suids:
- Red river hog

Peccaries:
- Collared peccary OR Chacoan peccary

Camelids:
  • Vicuña
  • Dromedary

Giraffes:
- None, although I wouldn't be sad to see another giraffe subspecies (Rothschild's or Masai preferably)

Mouse deer:
- Java mouse-deer

Musk deer:
- Siberian musk deer

Cervids:
  • Reeves muntjac
  • Michie's tufted deer
  • Southern pudu
  • Visayan spotted deer
  • Pere David's deer

Cattle:
  • Javan banteng
  • Lowland anoa
  • European bison
  • Domestic yak

Antelope:
  • Nilgai
  • Common eland
  • Greater kudu
  • Blesbok/Bontebok
  • Blue wildebeest/Eastern white-bearded wildebeest
  • Roan antelope
  • Defassa waterbuck
  • Common impala
  • Klipspringer
  • Kirk's dik-dik
  • Mhorr gazelle
  • Blackbuck
  • Royal antelope
  • Yellow-backed duiker
  • Natal red duiker

Caprids:
  • Greenland musk ox
  • Chinese goral
  • Barbary sheep
  • Bharal
  • Mishmi takin
  • Himalayan tahr
  • Tadjik markhor
  • Rocky mountain goat

I could go on, but I'll control myself ;)

I would have to agree. I'd like to see us get either the Mountain Goat or the Bighorn Sheep, to get us just one more mountain-dwelling caprine from North America (I very rarely use the Dall Sheep for any of my zoos). Then I'd like to see the Muskox and Markhor in the game.

As far as deer go, now that we have the Red Deer, I really just want the North American Elk. Then the deer roster will be perfect to me.

I agree, I have a few zoos that the North American Elk would fit perfectly in. However, I would also like to see the Muntjac just to give us one smaller, more unique deer species.

I understand these, but at the same time bighorns are very rare in captivity, and mountain goats share niche with the alpine ibex.

I'd rather stuff from new climates and regions like the barbary sheep, markhor, takin and ofcourse the musk ox.

That's a fair point. To be completely honest, I really just want to see another North American mountain-dweller. In my opinion the Dall Sheep is not a good representative of North America's mountains. The Mountain Goat and Bighorn both have wider ranges that encompass many more mountain ranges and a greater variety of habitats. I understand why they chose the Dall Sheep for the Arctic Pack originally, I just personally feel like it shouldn't be the only mountain-dwelling North American caprine.

Perhaps I am making a mountain out of a molehill (no pun intended), but including the Dall Sheep and not the Mountain Goat or Bighorn Sheep just feels wrong to me. We can agree to disagree if you don't feel the same way, but I really don't think I'm going to change my mind about it.

That being said, obviously I would not be opposed to other caprines being added like the ones you mentioned. Getting any more caprines at this point is far better than not getting any more at all. I'm very fond of the muskox especially, and I'd love to make a habitat for those big woolly beasts in the game. The markhor would be a neat addition as well, their horns are quite unique.
