now that's a proper record, nice find!:D

ICZ FQ-Y B3
ICZ FQ-Y B3 A & B
Closest binary stars from each others.
Approximative distance from each other surfaces is 3 ls.

Fun facts, the orbital period is only 0.3 day, and it melt ships like nowhere else haha.

Sorry but this record is not included as there are touching stars, nice find though.
the question is did you make it through?:D

Possible youngest T Tauri star
lol I see this age record was just set yesterday, sorry guy but you can keep the other 3 records. If this is the new record my CMDR's name is Killomend.

Thanks my first that I have noticed, lol who knows if I have passed others before I knew someone was keeping records, wish it was part of the game don't know about the feasiblity of that tho.

Also great job in taking the inititive in keeping a record Patau.

It's time to steal two records from myself:

largest terraformable planetPlaa Eurk LR-M d7-14 2radius: 8,932 km
heaviest terraformable planetPlaa Eurk LR-M d7-14 23.8309 earth masses

So, my record is not admissible? Snif... :(

still cool you found it though, their wioll be new records added and old (abundant) records removed so keep an eye out

next time please emnter your record like this:

YOUNGEST T-TAURI STAR - COL SECTOR 285 JJ-E B13-2 B AT 25 MILLION YEARS - KILOMEND

(easier for us to add em that way)

ADDED

Water World with the most moons - FLYUA PHIO PS-A D1-26 7 - with 4 moons - CMDR Darius Torkal

ALSO ADDED IT AS COLDEST WITH 180 K ;-)

Thank you sir! :D It's good to be back on the list. I was really surprised when I found it. It's close to VY canis Majoris (my intended destination) it shows up on the galaxy map a good 100Ly away from it. I googled it and found out it's also called Delta canis majoris.

Just wanted to point out - in the records for type O you've put my name down for a a few things I didn't claim which is nice but the mass for heaviest should be 118.1680 and you've put it as 5.9609 - the mass of Rigel

Also you didn't put the Rigel stuff in - Maybe it's not fair for me to claim Rigel, someone surely got there before I did.

Corected, next time though scan the star for even more records.....

p.s. Rigel is aclass a star and added as largest class a

Didn't have the DSS when I did my first exploration run during Gamma - I may return one day but I imagine someone will be back there before I do. HIP 35926 has had a lot of visitors since I went there back then. Lots of planetary records I missed out on!

FURTHEST BODY FROM STAR - NEPTUNE IN SOL WITH A SEMI MAJOR AXIS OF 29.81 AU
Remove the name of my cmdr from this record, please (if you really need this category it shouldn't be measured by SEMI MAJOR AXIS). He would be ashamed to have such a "record". I take it you don't appreciate the fact that he is officially Earl since 3 weeks ;)

[/QUOTE]

sorry earl endereth, I apoligize for my failure, I will demote myself to the rank of viscount for this, the rank I earned in the federation navy before I realized the emperor is the only honourable way I cannot take away,

Some new records from the stock-1 sector

largest class ii gas giant

heaviest class ii gas giant

well i don't know if there is a category for that... it's a T dwarf orbiting a class A star (6 G ORIONIS) and the radius of ring is 30-40 ls, but i don't know with precision cause the system map don't mark star rings...
