Not sure if this qualifies as a record or just a random curiosity, but I noticed (after CMDR Star Falcon had discovered it) a black hole with a very tiny orbit that actually goes in to the star. S171 11 system, black hole S171 11 C

Well, the orbit doesn't exactly go "into the star" - the two objects just orbit each other. If the black hole were any bigger (say, it could be another star) you would be saying the star's orbit also goes into the black hole :p

EDIT: I think there are plenty other tight barycentric orbits in the S171 stars too, keep your eyes open :)

Good lord this system was a happy surprise on my travels.
-6 Water Worlds (3 terraformables)
-10 total terraformables
-Neutron star

I'm not sure if it breaks any other records.

SYSTEM WITH THE MOST TERRAFORMABLE PLANETS
FLOARPS EH-M D7-544 WITH 10 CANDIDATES FOR TERRAFORMING

Hint : did you check "System with the most water worlds" ?

added latest records to book! :D

yep as lord zapan pointed out it also gets system with the most water worlds :D
amazing find! 10 terraformables all around a single star I think that deserves a new record STAR WITH THE MOST TERRAFORMABLE PLANETS :D

Yep, current record was 6. Doesn't seem to be one for most terraformable water worlds.
no it was 5, that's your record your looking at :D
record for terraformable water worlds is 4 so your system doesn't beat that.
also well done on reaching top 5 in that explorer community goal, spotted that last night :D

Wow you're fast! Thanks for all your hard work, it really does add a whole new aspect to exploration.

Was actually looking for a B0 IAO - star since I already had the biggest A-type, but oh well. :D

I am not sure if the info I have is the actual new record but I am sure the information you have for nearest star type (Herbig Ae/Be) to colonized space has been superceeded by 4 Cygni since the colonisation of New Yembo, perhaps other records of this type may need to be reviewed in light of this.

We need a pic for each star now, just like "most planets" records.

Please submit what you found if it's better than what's in the book, even if something better may exists.
