The worst that would not be a bad idea hahahhaha. It would be interesting to train raptors to hunt other dinosaurs as in the movie.
Universal is 99% of the problem.
Also when have you ever seen kids in a game get killed recently?
As universal has ALL LICENCE RIGHTS on the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World francise they will be the ones who tell frontier what they can do and what not.
As the dev mentioned in an interview universal wants to push the jurassic world francise and doesnt focus on the old jp lore this game will be set on the jw lore (buildings, etc etc) and not on the old jp content.
The same counts for new content. frontier hat to bring their ideas or the wishes of the community to universal and only if universal gives its okay frontier is allowed to develop and implement this content into the game!
Thats absolute nothin about "whining". it is fact. people dont know or forget that everything about this game is right and license protected by universal. Frontier just develops the content which was written down in the contract with universal.
Frontier cant build in new content features (buildings etc.) on their own without talking to universal. it is totaly normal. why universal dont want frontier to focuse on specific things ?! ask universal..!!!!
It is the same with Disney and EA. Games Workshop and CA.
Dying Light child zombies?
I had not thought of this form. So it's worse than we could imagine then. We also have to remember that it was Universal that sought the Frontier, not the other way around, but the Frontier would have a lot more freedom. The producers made it clear they loved Jurassic Park since children, and it was like a dream come true for them when they were called to make the game. And as lovers since children, it is obvious that they would put many aspects of Jurassic Park. They themselves played Jurassic Park Operation Genesis.
I’m not worried about anything. Me and my girlfriend are going to have so much fun with this game. I’ve waited a heck of a long time for a remake of JPOG.
I also have no disappointment with the game either, I've been waiting for this for eight years. I love the list of dinosaurs, the gene change mechanics and skin of dinosaurs, and everything else. I only disappoint with Universal having prevented this game, which is good, to get better. They hurried Frontier to finish the game (thus preventing us from having other things), they did not allow to kill the dinosaurs (Universal was a little hypocritical about that), and also other things, like the contents of Jurassic Park. But I trust Frontier, and when the game launches, it will update it constantly, adding new dinosaurs, better animations and new mechanics. The game will be incredible and will be the best game with dinosaurs of all, and it will be the JPOG 2 that we always dreamed of.
Well I think that Universal came too late to Frontier Development to develop JWE, therefor it seems like they might be rushing it. (This is an assumption).
Universal probably wanted Frontier to release it with the new Fallen Kingdom movie, which makes sense in a marketing sense. New movie so hype so more income and more people buying JWE.
I also think that they are not including children/guns and blood/gore in Jurassic World Evolution because they want the lowest age ratings so that everyone can buy JWE. I think all of this is purely Universal but also understandable if you want to sell JWE to as many people as possible. Same with the multiple platforms (pc, ps4, xbox one). All about business!

Do not tell me, if it was from EA the game would come with 10 dinosaurs, and we would have microtransactions with dinosaurs costing 3 dollars each. They will have a lot freedom within the lore of jurassic world and all assets innit. it does not mean that it is bad. they will get a lot of support from universal if its about the jurassic world lore. everything that doesnt fit into this will be a problem. but as i said that is quite normal.
i think we are realy lucky to have frontier as developer and not EA (electronic As*h*****). Just imagine what EA would have done to this game :O
I keep hearing people saying the game was rushed. I don't consider a game that was in development for 2 years to be rushed. Since Frontier is self funding and publishing the game there should be no deadline imposed by universal. Cause its not Universals money tied up in the project and that is generally why publishers rush developers. If there was a deadline it was self imposed by Frontier and obviously they wanted to get the game out to the public the same time as JWFK.
There are games that have had longer development times and haven't been that good.
I think Universal had a lot to say in this development. They have given Frontier Development models from the JP/JW franchise, music/sounds etc.
I bet Universal wanted Frontier to develop this game to fall directly into this month. 25th anniversary of JP and the new JW movie. It might have been a contractual thing. Therefor I think that Frontier Dev had to skip on certain parts for the game. I mean most games take years to make and from what I have heard they had 18 months. I would say that is pretty rushed. Especially for something as big as a JW title. But I am fully convinced Frontier Dev will have great aftercare. From what I've seen so far it's going to be a great title!
That's right. Frontier is already doing a good job, and will do even better with what comes after the game's launch, since it will have more freedom and without having to meet deadlines.I think Universal had a lot to say in this development, it's their franchise after all!! They have given Frontier Development models from the JP/JW franchise, music/sounds etc.

I am sure Universal had some say in what was done with their intellectual property. But did you not read the part where I explained how deadlines work? Universal isn't funding the game, Frontier is self publishing and funding. Universal has no money tied up into the game so they wouldn't care when it's released. Not having money involved means they don't expect a return in what they spent on the game. If there was a deadline it was self imposed by Frontier.
