Ship loss due to collision damage between 3pm on 10th Feb and 4pm on 11th Feb
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Commanders who lost their ships to collision damage and claimed using the insurance process have had credits restored to their balances by 12.15pm on 12th Feb to cover losses for:
- credits spent on insurance payments
- the replacement cost for ship modules or cargo not replaced by the insurance payment

I have lost my Anaconda during this time because of a collision but have not got any credits restored (11 million)... Would be nice if you could look into that, i have also a open ticket because of that from 10th of Feb. Still nice work FD!

i have a minor gripe since 1.1 still which i didnt see mention off anywhere yet. when docked, everything on the main screen (outfitting, news, market) that whole main center window basically is somewhat dark.
all the other UI elements are same as before 1.1.
anyone else noticed ?

See not just the yanks are Canadian friends are having the same issue! >Sad Face<

They wanted all the non-NA players to be able to get in and sell their exploration data, so they could get the 'discovered by', rather than those scruffy NA players getting it. Evil plot by the Euros.

I've got more conspiracy theories...

As in, while you're already past the 3... 2... 1... engage and mid-hyperjump, like he said? I'm well aware you can cancel out before that, but the hyperjump is more or less a loading screen. Where would "exiting" it put you? Middle of interstellar space? Why would they even let you do that? It makes no sense.

Also: US server seems to be up now for me!

With the new update my ship no longer has enough power! I took it out for a spin and found when I Scanned a ship a few modules came off line! ( Power was 12.28Mw and I'm sure I had 13Mw)

Am I wrong in thinking the max power for A2 power was 13Mw it now states 12Mw!! Is this an error or am I wrong?

It does mean I can't upgrade to bigger FSD which was my next upgrade.
Power Management 101:
Switch off modules you don't need in combat (FSD, cargo hatch, interdictor, etc), by assigning them lower priority: Key systems like life support, power plant, engines, shields on 1; weapons, sensors, heat sink launcher etc on 2; non-combat stuff on 3. When you deploy weapons, all modules on lower priority will auto-switch off, freeing up power.

EDIT - added Server side changes

Hi everyone,

Thanks to your continued feedback, update 1.1.03 is scheduled for deployment at 4PM GMT today. The servers should be down for a short while (maximum of 30 minutes) to allow us to implement the changes. See the list of changes below:

- Don’t crash if an invalid system token is accessed in cartographics store
- Prevent crash if scanning and ship dies
- Fix crash opening station services menu with invalid parameter
- Fix case of station flipping and possibly causing mysterious player deaths near station entrance
- Commanders completing a major faction rank-up mission who have already earned enough skill to reach another rank-up mission can now see that mission immediately, rather than having to complete a regular mission in between the rank-up missions
- Fix ampersand appearing incorrectly in mission dialog panel
- Better layout for when community goal tiers are close together in mission dialog
- Fix missing lift audio
- Fix bass in supercruise issue
- Fix repeating docking computer alert audio
- Fix very quiet landing gear audio
- Fix exploration music cutting out unexpectedly and playing a new piece of music immediately after
- Update NPC database
- Various text fixes

UPDATE: Server Side changes

- Commanders entitled to an outfitting discount should no longer be affected by the '401' error when purchasing certain modules
- Commanders flying in ships that require a large docking pad and who logged out at a starport that changed into an outpost in the 1.1 update should be automatically unstuck when they next log into the game
- Commanders with missions affected by a space station name change should find that they've been neutrally cancelled, no penalties should be issued, cargo marked as haulage should be unflagged

For Commanders affected by the issue affecting collision damage between version 1.1 and 1.1.02, we've restored credits lost to:

Repairs
-------

Commanders who spent money on any repairs between 3pm on 10th Feb and 4pm on 11th Feb had the credits restored to their balances by 6.15pm on 11th Feb.

Ships lost and not yet claimed on insurance
-------------------------------------------

Commanders who had their ships destroyed but were patiently waiting on the insurance screen should have been automatically restored to their previous ship's state by 6pm on 11th Feb. Unfortunately we were not able to rescue the contents of those cargo holds.

For the small number of Commanders who lost ships that were not a free SideWinder to collision damage during that time, and chose the Free Sidewinder option, credits have been restored to their balances by 1.15pm 12th Feb to cover:
- the approximate replacement cost for the ship hull, modules and any cargo lost

Thanks again!

All great news thanks!

Your patch speed is really incredible!!! Hope the audio problem is gone with that one... will test now.

Thx a lot to your hard work.

I just wanted to say thanks for the repair refund.A big thanks for doing it, as it seem to be unfair losing so much money due to a bug.

Any chance of a fix for those of us who crashed to desktop during hyperspace and are now unable to get past the Start button without crashing to desktop again?

Well its not fixed mine or my friends sound issues, both still getting the distorted aftersound in menus in station and in ship, both have totally different hardware before anyone says hardware related

I listened to the audio on the video you posted, and it's the same as mine. I can assure you that it's not distorted. It's "Glitchy", "crunchy", "clicky", "insert descriptive adjective here" etc. which is to say it's part of the sound design, and what you're hearing is what the game's sound designers intended you to hear.
Now, you can certainly say that, in your opinion, you don't like the sound, but based on your video, you're not experiencing any kind of audio playback problem.

Bulletin Board is empty, there might be one mission if you are lucky. The stations have multiple factions, and having only one mission rarely, makes it rather hard to help some specific faction.

Is this just for me? Anyone else having the same issue?

Is this WAI?
