While this thread is still going, also - what are the chances of getting a Pre-Engineers Legacy mode? I would have serious thoughts about playing in that alternate Elite universe.

If you streamed more often, it wouldn't be so bad, but the Monthly Viewing for the Drops campaign, that you have closed again, even though the month isn't over (which is your excuse for not letting it run permanently because Twitch only allow Monthly campaigns and reset at the end of the Month), requires 120 minutes of Live viewing. Last week, you only actually streamed 80 Minutes, and the only other time you streamed this month was 119 Minutes.

That's a pretty cynical hatred of your customers you've got going there. Do you not realise that UK customers are at work when you usually stream (you know, because it's your own Timezone and you're at work too) and your US customers are just grabbing their breakfast, or often, still asleep. These are your two largest customer bases and you make it almost impossible for them to participate unless they don't have Jobs.

It seems the only customers that you accomodate with your timings are the ones that you should probably be blocking access for like every other tech company has.

When I'm at work, I open the Twitch stream on my phone's Twitch app, set to audio-only, and reduce audio level. Getting Twitch Drops is easy peasy (y)

Hmm, wouldn't that mean not even being able to land on planets? Or was Horizons just before engineers?

Somehow when Horizons DLC dropped, players who did not buy the DLC were completely fine instancing with everyone else with the DLC, apart from landing on planets, engineering and all other stuff which was provided by the DLC, so why Horizons 4.0 players will not be allowed into Odyssey instance for Free just lacking all the DLC benefits exactly how it was before? What’s the difference between now and then?

I'll play Legacy when I need to collect mats. However, in Live I may decommission my fleet carrier and use my jump ship. I like how I can play both.. (At least according to Obsidian Ant)

Horizons and Odyssey have different PEGI ratings.

oh ok Thanks! :) Also will fleet carriers become a thing of the past if possibly Thargoids could destroy them? I saw in Cmdrs Will & Kates one video that they got an inteceptor to appear at theirs.

FWIW I hadn't seen this news and went to collect raw mats last night, and was able to fill up in Ody without any issue.

Even if you only spot one or two shards initially, there's usually a large forest nearby.

Worst case, there are coords for every one of the HIP 36601 / Outotz LS-K d8-3 planets.

D2EA made a video showing a brain tree forest in Ody, @ HR 3630 planet 3AA. Im already there RN
