Steam just posted the update, downloading it now.

...but servers still show as upgrading.

...but I got into the game. We're up! Maybe.

Absolutely agree. Complete waste of time.

It is very useful to keep your weight down when trading a loop route. Keeping your weight down means you use less fuel between jumps. When you calculate the Credits per hour on a loop yielding 4M Cr per hour, for example, it does not pay to spend the time to scoop, but rather to simply tap the 10% refuel button a time or two at one of the stations or outposts.

I want to judge you, I really do. But having recently done something similar with respect to babylon 5, I find I cannot.

Miami Vice for me.... and really annoyingly it all worked apart from Season 5 which just won't rip...

I always hope and wonder if they'll sneak something into one of these updates and not put it in the patch notes...

Hopefully something alien to shoot at on the DW expedition. I've dragged 2 beams and 2 cannons across the galaxy and the only thing I've shot at so far was the black hole at Sag A* with the beams to see if the photons in the beams did weird things in the high gravity field - they didn't. [sad]

I only took a precious day's leave and started planning an time sensitive event a few months ago. An hour was bad. 2 hours was going to be a huge issue. But 5 bloody hours!?
