If people subscribe to one of our blueprints and then later on we change it and upload it again, the subscribers get a green banner to say it's updated. Just a hint for them to download it again for the new changes
Often I will upload stuff and then discover a typo or something daft in the description so I correct that and upload it again. But the ride itself won't have changed at all.
In these circumstances, will subscribers still be notified that a new version is uploaded or does that require a change to the file size or some kind of metadata on the file? I don't want to be messing people around for the sake of a description change.
