Alpha upgrade issues
This friday afternoon, I was upgrading both my brother's account from premium Beta to Alpha (as a birthday gift) and then my own, but lacked €0.50 to complete the second upgrade for my own account. After a couple of hours I had managed to secure extra funds to complete my transaction, but it had timed out, so I had to reorder.
However, this time around, instead of having the shopping cart, checkout or anywhere saying €240 - €180 = €60, there was no upgrade reduction, and paying €240 for the option of a possible later refund as a founding backer is something I cannot possibly hope to acchieve within the limited timeframe alpha upgrade is still available.
If what I've read by skimming through this thread is true, by whichever means I should become able to get in touch with this Kenny Wildman, I would have little hope to make the upgrade before the deadline runs out Monday.
Are my concerns about not being able to make the upgrade valid, or is there hope for me still - of getting a coupon code in time if the store doesn't work, enabling me to upgrade within the limited time this alpha is still available?

. Oh well. I guess I'll just have to wait until may for the premium beta. I dropped them an email and opened a ticket. Maybe they'll get back to me before the time expires.
