How on earth do you get destroyed in a Vulture by a gankaconda?
Oh, come on now, that's a big call.Congratulations OP, you have created the stupidest thread I have ever read on this forum.

I'm pretty sure I'd die to any veteran in a G5 conda given my in-game time is about 5 days - I'm willing to give it a go though! How on earth do you get destroyed in a Vulture by a gankaconda?
You don't know me well (I'm the one flying the Vulture of course)How on earth do you get destroyed in a Vulture by a gankaconda?

Hence the conceived scenario is eminently possible but I don't believe the OP's suggested self-destruct mechanics would be good gameplay at all. However, I would like self-destruct - indeed any major explosion - to cause significant damage to ships, structures etc within a specified radius.
But let's face it, Frontier are pretty unlikely to implement anything like this in the foreseeable future given that we can smash into the station landing towers at 500 m/s & casually bounce back to the pad for a cool landing without so much as a scratch on the tower...or for that matter, a warning or fine for reckless flying.
Half-bottomed game is half-bottomed I'm afraid.
I mean, yes of course you can get destroyed by a conda in a vulture, but the self-destruct idea is bad.You don't know me well (I'm the one flying the Vulture of course)

But the videos of reversals, vultures ganking the condas, are hilarious.
Come on man.
The glory of some Sidewinder rushing into a crowd and pulling a jihad-johnny is almost worth it![]()
It certainly is, BUT, if you can do it so can the gankers. Guess who is going to be more determined and more ruthless in their use of that feature?
You can obviously balance it by charging the pilot a billion credits to activate self destruction. So let me understand this, you want a small inexpensive ship to be able to suicide itself and destroy high value ships nearby? You believe this will be a solution to 'griefing'?
You could set off a nuke inside a station and those light poles will still be standingIm sure nobody would fly inside a station and do that!
