Visualization of two concepts to balance engineering rolls.

Dear Frontier Developers;

here are two visualized concepts to balance the engineering roll mechanics.

They allow for a good compromise between RNG based improvements but also player selected improvements and should also make it possible that "every consecutice roll will improve the result".

Much of these ideas (sliders, selectors) have been floating around for some time. I took the liberty to put them into a graphic.
