I was thinking of one of the regular bases just close to the edge. But that is awesome! I would love to see a base on the edge of a cliff (or on a mountain, possibly) that you could fly into.

This technically is a glitch in the world generator, it will probably get corrected.
Felt like stopping by this today, even popped by the marker rock too.

The walls aren't perfectly rendered for me. The edges at the top often appear jaggy (especially at a distance) and there are occasional vertical gaps in the wall face. It's a bit of a shame. I realise the whole thing is a glitch, but it would have been a little better if the walls rendered better than they do.

How do you think they'd implement it in-game though? Khelder's Keep is simple enough. Add "Khelder's" to the list of names, add a settlement and name it with "Khelder's" and "Keep". It's the potential for "named surface markers" that are of interest.
I know how I'm going to do it.
