Ok. No roleplaying on and off here.
So no bounties or fines on me. Fairly new player. Not associated with anyone before in Elite. Now member of LR's. Don't attack any players first, ever.
I have a question: what makes me a terrorist?
I can see how we can be enemies in game, that's all good.
But why are you calling me a terrorist?! That is a strong offensive word, especially in 21st century.
Just to se if I got it right:
So i don't submit to you guys in game and you are declaring me terrorist and calling me terrorist?! On official game forum?!
Roleplaying is for in-game and people who bought game and choose a way to play it.
This is an open source forum allowed for anyone who has access to internet and browser to read and write.

I'm Croatian you know? From Croatia. U know any? If u check our few thousand years old history, you can see that conflict is not something we run from, ever. We defended Europe from Osman Empire for more than 500 years. So its not in our nature to pretend to be tough. We are tough.
Just check out Croatian athletes. Can you find any country with smaller population(now in Croatia less than 4m) and bigger achievements in sport? There isn't any, statistically we are the best athletes in the world, feel free to prove me wrong(good luck with that).
And sport is all about competing (fighting) against others.
So yeah, I'm a strong man, strong in character and my spine is like a centuries old oak, you cannot break it. You can chop it down with axe(kill me) but you can't break it(me).
And btw, i don't get parking tickets, i obey (some) real life RoE because i respect others and their rights to live, play or think differently than me.

to make things clear when spear writes terrorists or terrorist ALWAYS role playing terrorist is meant related to game context.
forum and social media are a bad source to get an impression about spear
we are used to it though that the gamers who constantly enjoy playerkilling on civilians are writing their propaganda.
if someone really wants to see it we offer always tele presence when we do our patrol tasks.
we have nothing to hide. people who used this offer very often had an "aha" effect - german slang for oh ok i see now who tells truth and who dont.
one of the main ethics for us is

Well lets see when I get there, I'll see what my opinion is. Based on each sides behauviour towards me. Not far away any more, @Gandharvi now.
If you would know the history before we liberated and turned over the system to it's rightful owners you would know that you just spew non-sense. The Nameless are the only native faction and the whole system was setup by FDev themselves. There was nobody else beside them in Carcosa. FDev even expanded The Nameless by hands of God to Union and EEF. Carcosa, Nameless, Lava world, the list goes on and on, start reading some H.P. Lovecraft and maybe you understand why Micheal Brookes did what he did. Just reading Ian's wonderful guide to Colonia should give you enough to wonder if you are on the right side of history.
Also thanks to confirm what we knew already, SEEP/EN is again just hiding and playing games. It seems the mutual agreement was never uphold by them, opposite to us. We honored the agreement even during the time their goon squad attacked us.
You are the bullies and you support the nebula bullies. Your actions also embolden the other nebula bully to advance their agenda to take over more of the nebula. SPEAR will be directly responsible for making Colonia into the bubble 2.0. Be proud of yourself to defy the will and undue the work done for years by the people who oppose these bullies. We joined that group after we liberated Carcosa.

Always easier to use some characteristic of your critics, real or imagined, to ignore what they have to say; than it is to address questions of accountability and responsibility. Slogans from comic book characters make nice aphorisms but aren't a solid basis an organisation's ethics.
Though I really must ask is there real ganker problem in Colonia, I haven't seen anything like such. So is the SPEAR's motivation some kind of powertrip or do they have REAL justification for their effort? As far as I have seen SPEAR guys have not given definite answer.
Well, their strategic mastermind said he'd talk about the goal once it has been achieved - which is a convenient way not to fail! I'll have to remember that.
@TEBORI I can't help but notice on your picture there seems to be something wrong with your eye. I looked a bit closer and have diagnosed a rare space worm, it flits about from side to side with a distinctive red colour.
It has a terrible effect on a person, first they lose their manners, start becoming aggressive and attacking innocent people. Next they stick closely to other Cmdr's, often in a wing, this is so the parasite can infect others more easily. Finally, and most seriously, it affects the troubled victims ability to answer the most basic and simple of questions.
I believe there is an antidote available only at the science and medical research centre at Hutton Orbital. It's in the bubble somewhere but being a Colonia native I don't know it. Quick, you must go there before this debilitating parasite completely destroys your entire cognitive function.
I fear it may be too late already.

Honestly, there's one ganker in Colonia who is currently in the bubble, and has been since well before spear arrived.
As has been discussed in the past, there is no benefit for Loren's Reapers to gank in Colonia as we are purely interested in maintaining our chosen faction. Certainly anyone coming into the system trading or dropping off exploration data is more than welcome as it's helping the faction.
As for why spear are here. Well, if you look back though the previous posts, I think there's an example of one of our guys saying some mean things about their guys. So the response is to gank anyone they choose in the nebula.
They haven't answered because there is no answer that a player minding their own business trying to play the game, such as yourself, would find rational. I will say that whilst we have a gank squad around, perhaps any high value data etc. is probably best dropped off in solo. Sad that I have to say that, but it is what it is.

If someone's goal is to gank do you think they'd spend more time around Shinrarta and Deciat, heavy footfall systems where they can quickly relocate to another system if it's a hotspot - e.g. a mining rush, OR out in Colonia where most footfall is the occasional explorer arriving in one system?
If you want an idea of the level of threat just look at the Inara security - no system sees enough attacks to get a high enough % to make it onto the system threat report, even with SPEAR there to make trouble https://inara.cz/reports-security/
There are very few gankers that spend much time in Colonia. Those that do will probably spend more of their time active on bubble accounts. Often when they're out Colonia way their priority won't be ganking. Engineer upgrades in Colonia didn't happen by magic but by cooperation of a number of people farming mats and grinding useless engineering. Plus, considering for a lot of people PvP is an end game activity, it shouldn't be surprising that some PvPers do a lot of exploration.

No worries, i'll explain you in simpler words: game is for players who buy game,roleplaying in game.
