Well, I've yet to even look at the feature, as I was unaware of where/what it even was! So for all I know my ship(s) might be at 1% integrity!!!
Why (seemingly) hide the feature away? Show it on the main Starport Services screen and let you repair quickly/easily there! Or is it simply a mechanic to force you to regularly dive into menus just to check a value over and over and over. A time sink as well as a money sink!
You can guess the first thing I'll be check tonight! Along with my friends who undoubtably are also unaware of it!
Then why the wear and tear From The time you exit SC till the starport?
You can tell just by looking at it in the Outfitting section. The wear and tear is clearly visible - the paintjob is all scratched and paint is peeling off here and there![]()
Is it anarchy?
every time I log in to ED i am facing a ton of bugs and illogical decisions,
so I am not looking for a positive response here on the forums but rather would like to see the game gets fixed![]()
Illogical from your point of view. Devs will never please all the people all of the time. Its one of the main maxims when making any product. And ton of bugs? Come on! The game is quite well polished now with more to come. Bugs exist for sure, as they do in any large game, but i don't remember the last time i was affected by one in any serious manner... back in Gamma possibly.
Well, that's a shame really, because its always better to go into something seeking a positive outcome. And to see the game "fixed" (this is subjective and depends on your opinion being "right"), the solution is to raise tickets. But of course, what you are wanting here is not a bug, therefore there is nothing to fix. What you want is the game changing to meet what you want it to be. Not everyone will always agree with what you want.
Because "nonsensical game mechanic".
Don't get me wrong: as someone who loves the A2A Simulations aircraft for FSX I'm all for the concept of wear & tear. It just needs to be slowed down by the factor of 100 or even 1,000. It's totally excessive in its current state.
