Weird space requirements

I hope ya'll are alright?

I have a question regarding the space requirements and how they are being calculated.

I'm currently working on a otter/ bornean orangutan habitat the probem. Is that it seems that the requirements for the orangutan seem off or are not calculating correctly

I've put some pictures from my current project and 2 other pictures for reference from my finished biards tapir habitat in.

The point is that the habitat for the orangutan is way bigger than the one for the tapir but when it gets calculated the orangutan habitat is so tiny.

Can someone tell me why maybe?

It's so frustrating, I mean I can Cleary see that the habitat for the monkey is so much bigger than the one for the tapir :')

It's not the habitat area but the traversable area of each animal what it matters in that regard. Check the orangutan heatmap, maybe it can't walk in most of its habitat.
