All the engineers have to unlock Zarek.

If Zarek wants to roll an engineer mode, the engineer has spend the materials.

When Zarek shuts off the game, the game server goes offline/maintenance.

When Rev cascade torp hits Zarek's shields, they regenerate.

When Zarek shoots the station, it goes to lockdown.

Zarek is in the instance with all the cmdrs in the game, at once, even in SOLO.
