Yep, i see it too - so it works if reposted in the same thread? (much the way quoted content does i think) …but now try doing that in another thread? For me it pastes fine in edit mode, but the links are replaced with text when the new post is saved ;p
(i think those attachment references are thread-specific - probably helps keep all the user content uploaded manageable, keeping each thread’s attachments in a directory specific to the thread in question…)

His problem is that the screen shot thread allows a larger upload size than this thread does. When you try to copy his images from that thread to this you will get an error that the file size is too large.
But what he could do is this:
Copy the link to the picture, not the picture, then use the Insert Image button, paste the link in and there you go.
i think they’re all a standard 2MB limit - the issue is copying and pasting (and quoting - tried that too) between threads… then again, i’m on a tablet atm, will try the experiment again in a desktop browser too…

ah right - that is a workaround, copying the URL & using the media insert option instead of attachments?
no doubt works, but a bit kludgey when you're trying to recreate a post with quite a few pics...

I tried making a new thread and putting your pic in there. I can see it fine. Anyone else?
Note I'm not doing a copy/paste, I'm reinserting the pic using its URL in the Add Image control.
