Newcomer / Intro What are you up to?

These are my 2 Anacondas.

The first one is "Meandering Spirit", and was my main ship for a very long time. It's set up for mission running and multirole.

The second one is "Lagomorphology", and was used for various stuff at various times. It was a passenger ship for quite a while, back when economy runs were interesting.

I want to convert one of these to a long range traveler, for "quick" neutron trips to Colonia. At least, that's the plan.

It would make more sense to strip Meandering Spirit and start there, because it already has the better jump range and lightweight components. But when I took it out for a spin the old nostalgia hit hard. I lived in that ship for quite a while, and I still love it and don't want to change it, I guess. Even though I don't use it much any more.

So that leaves the other one, which will take a lot more work to get up to snuff for traveling.

Meanwhile I kinda started a new Pillars of Eternity game and got all involved with that, too. lol.

Good thing I'm not on a schedule :p

(I don¨t know if your question was real or a joke. :x )

Thanks for the info on radiators and heat load.

Only take me seriously if I start a sentence with...
" Listen this is serious. So, seriously this happened (insert subject here)"....:)

How do the alliance treat their malefactors,i wonder? I mean obviously something goes boom, but do they have their own variation on retribution?
Alliance guys don't care much about anything. They don't even care about their navy - they just thought "Yeah, let's sell out ships to everybody, they can form a navy if they want". Why would they care about malefactors.

edit: damn, I missed the train on this one.

Judging by the size of the spider in the second pic,it's been in storage a loooong time. :giggle:

Nemo unlocked.

Read that the Xihe Companions could only be bought 7 at a time so was prepared for a small jump/purchase grind. Looks like that got changed somewhere along the line so I could deliver all 25 in one go. Which was nice.

Bought and G5'd my first frag cannon to get me to a level so I can max other ships on the blueprint from anywhere.

Now en route back home to see if my 'Conda can benefit.

The allocation changes depending on your standing and the faction's economic state.

(Just an FYI in case you will try some rare trading at some point, in which case it really pays off to pay attention to these things)

Strange happenings...
I was trying to take pics of an activated Grauniad site, showing pylon locations.
Screenshot is F10 yes?
Pics no longer appearing in folder.
Is there a limit or something?:(

Maybe it's one of those weird keyboards that have the "reverse" F-row?
I've had some KBs that had the "Fn" functions (media keys, etc.) as default and you actually had to press the "Fn" if you want it to work as normal F1-F12.
Very annoying, if you ask me.
(FACEPALM).
That would explain why the function numbers are barely legible, ie dark grey.
Dark grey like the Fn button.
I shall try this later, but I think you've got it. Never had this with my Atari ST! ⌨🔥🔨
