These days they are very rare in HGEs, very useful in engineering.
Bit of an issue with HGEs at the moment (
), those of us who do much engineering are not impressed.HGE Spawn rates have been increased as a 'band aid', actual issue not likely to get fixed*.
Because of issues. engineering to G5 includes many visits to mat traders.

Pharmaceutical Isolators are only required by the grade 5 Dirty Drive blueprint for thrusters so they are a pretty niche item.
