Vaguely, yes! I was 14 in 2006
The night-time shipping forecast still has "Sailing By" played beforehand so people can get their china-graph to hand for the forecast...

Back on topic I need to take a break from fighting. 80% dangerous now and maxed out my ARX. Been using raw mats for reloads too much so I may go plat mining for a bit which seems to replenish those coffers pretty well.

Oh yes indeed! I always found it very peaceful.
I used to do the china-graph and map thing, but just for interest. I always liked how one could draw a synoptic chart from listening carefully to the shipping forecast!
I remember my Mum would listen to Family Favourites but I have better memories of Alexis Korner on Sunday evenings. It was the only time my Dad would listen to Radio 2 (he was a R3 man).
I will be jumping ship this evening at Olympus Plateau and begin the last leg back to the bubble solo. I'm going to scan like a demon and, hopefully, rank up to Elite when I hit the bubble.

I've been saving screenshots to jpg and uploading a reduced size image.
Images can be posted directly as long as they are under 1MB.

Before I left the RN I served on detached duty in a contractor's company. I shared an office with some RAF guys and every so often one would answer an internal phone call with "War Office - want a fight?". They seemed to think it was funny - I didn't tell them what the civvies in the company thought of it.
Is it a glitch? Could be just missing for realism.

I find it easier to post pictures from my phone, it gives me the option to choose the size
so at the bottom you can see it says actual size
