Yes you do get fragments in the bottom of the cup/mug but unless it is extremely small they aren’t a problem as long as the cleaning cycle isn’t too long. If in doubt was the mug/cup whenever the capacity is halved.

I have got to get into ground missions. Only a couple weeks before I order my 3060 Ti.
I didn't go CZing when I said I would but now I have no excuse. Once I get Hero Ferrari unlocked, Wellington Beck should be a doddle. And then I need to work hard to become an enemy of Sirius Corp... not sure if that will be easy or not. We'll see

I gave up on those some time ago. I think I have 4. The only mod that I can't get without that engineer is headshot damage, anyway, which is not something I care about in this game.
Well, I got all of mine from the CMD buildings in settlements but I think they are sometimes given out in irregular markers. They are a pain though.
I wasn't out specifically to grind them - they sort of got collected organically as it were. The last one, though, was a grind and it was a repetitive trip to military type bases doing power-on's.
A lot of luck is the best advice I can offer...
