What did you do in Planet Zoo today?

Today my zoo got a monorail (using ZooF's incredible blueprint). At the moment it only loops around the entrance, but one day it will have stops around the zoo.
I also finished the first section of my zoo: Vietnam! 750+ hours of playing, and I finally finished something :ROFLMAO:. I'm sure I'll come back with some more little details, but now it's on to Indonesia or India :D.

This looks stunning! Great work!

Working on creating a new workshop blueprint for modern rooftop air conditioning, after years of using the workshops blueprints, its about time I make one of my own. In the picture, my version is on the right, while the trusty air conditioning unit from the workshop is on the left. In this example there is a slight increase in pieces from 75 up to 120 as creating the realistic mesh grids is more work. The blueprint will eventually feature very large to the smallest air conditioning accessories needed to decorate building rooftops.

Maybe add a metal railing to it! Slippery, algae covered steps seem like a quick way to end your zookeeper carrier in a less than nice way :D
Added a railing along with a textured grippy surface to prevent implied cleaners from slipping! And the otters can access the water from the ladder if the water is high enough as well. Just going to add a few rocks and make some adjustments to the plaster pool and the habitat will be done!

Finally got in the mood to play some Planet Zoo again today after what feels like ages.
Deceide to start on my little Zoo set in the black forest that i wanted to build for some time now.
Started with this hella cozy looking building, the purpose of which as not revealed itself just yet. Idk maybe it will be some kind of inn where you can stay the night.

Here's something a little more interesting for this air conditioning project, starting off with the largest industrial rooftop units which I'm not even sure is needed for the average zoo building 😂 . Uses the european fan pieces, led light curved lights and half pipe gutters to make this ridiculous sized unit. Who knows maybe someone making a huge industrial warehouse or storage center might find use of this.

I'm building another large building for Ovonia park which is going to house several animals with underwater viewing areas, plus animal talk seats, plus fountains, plus a special restaurant, plus toilets and a gift shop, but since I'm a slow builder it's taking ages. Here's a sneak peak. It's a shame the souvenir shops are still broken, but the addition of the shop items as building pieces was a game-changer update for me.

So many ideas just now but I am trying to stick with one thing. I am returning to a zoo I started but gave up on. This is a complete remake on a new map.

I am starting at the back of the zoo with this ibex enclosure. Mostly done but need to add some details like small rocks and plants here and there.
The shelter to the rear is based on a building by Lider.

Recreated the Tropics Trail house from the Minnesota Zoo! This will hold my tropical animals in my new zoo, however I am waiting to pick out the animal roster for the zoo until we know what we're getting next. Will also put up some custom art inspired by the animals of the zoo on those billboards on the walls (irl they have a big poster with whales and manta rays on there)

I changed my recreation project of the Bronx aquatic bird house to another theme (my own style), I just can't motivate myself to do recreation projects, I get bored so quickly. Anyway I won't give away the theme or the animal for this enclosure but you're welcome to guess, hint - its not a bird.
