What did you do in Planet Zoo today?

(I will need to double post)

So, here is my zoo. The East Coast Zoo.

Large, isn't it?

I apologize for the bad quality image. The green says "Gharial (not pictured yet)". Because after I took the snapshot I built a Gharial enclosure

And now my Clouded Leopards. It's 1 large enclosure, 2 separate buildings. The insides don't have any decór yet.

So, anyways, all I'm missing are the following: Komodo Dragons (which I've already started) and Bengal Tigers. I may also try to acquire some Bornean Orangutans, but I'm not sure. I want them, but they can be expensive
You could also get Cassowarys and Saltwater Crocodiles 😉
Saltwater Crocodiles do also live in Borneo, so maybe you could try to create the Illusion that they and the Orangutans are in the same Enclosure or at least build them close to each other

I thought about it. But i have a pet peeve where I can't have the same species in multiple enclosures, so I was saving the Salties for Australia. But, i will take up the idea of making a "single" enclosure with Cassowaries and Salties

@darthquell Love your custom billboards.

During my session today, I decided to stop breeding Dingos in Unity. Once the offspring is old enough, the Dingos will all leave the Zoo and the new, smaller habitat will house a smaller group of painted dogs - suiting "The World of Color" section.

I also decided to stop breeding cappuchin monkeys and Baird's Tapir. Once they all moved out, the still remaining Anteaters will share their habitat with Maned Wolfs (Mod for now - please give me an official version, Frontier ;) They do actually enrich each other - love it).

I started Unity a few month somewhere between the South America Pack and the Australia pack - I feel kind of right after the SA pack. I must admit, I like how this long-term project, just like a real zoo, develops over time and long kept species move out while others move in.

I also decided to rebuild the Orang Utan exhibit somehwere down the line. It's way out of scale and lately the Malayan Tapir moved in.
Last but not least I will reduce my Penguin group by a lot and build a lot smaller habitat for them - yep, also went out of scale with this one. The guests can barely see the penguins.

Finally finished the Indoor Part of the Tiger Enclosure in my Big Cat House. Now I'm letting the Tigers in and really hope there won't be any Hitbox Problems. After that I'll try to finish the small Pond next to it and maybe I will already start the Lion Enclosure after that. It will be my first Lion Enclosure that doesn't house a normal Pride of Lions but 3 male Lions from my Safari Park instead

After a break, i made it again into the game.
I reactivated my franchise zoo. I've emptied an old map and now I'm starting from the beginning.
the first enclosure is one for bengal tigers.

(i like how the male tiger stand in the back and pose for the picture xD)
Oh, and i need a new picture for the sign...

First, I wanted to design the path in front of the Penguin underwater viewing entrance that I showed last time. I thought, I'd quickly add something to the other side to see what it looks like. Few days later there suddenly is a finished 5000m^2 Reindeer habitat...
Then, I finally started working on the Grey Wolves habitat, which I had laid out pretty early on, as it was supposed to connect the entrance area and Northern America/EU/Polar section. I had a feeling it would turn out looking bad for some reason. Luckily, I was wrong! Thanks to some nature pieces from the Aquatic pack, I surprised myself in how nice the little creek turned out.

Since a big chunk of that overall area just needs a few gaps filled now, instead of sharing screenshots today I will post a bigger update in my Paradise Planet thread in a few days when it's done!

Can't get enough of this moorish arch:

And the zoo finally has a logo:

I love it, that's beautiful! Both the logo/idea and the buildings look great. I like how you made those walls with the stones sticking out. I'd appreciate if you shared more of this :)

I've spent a lot of my free time in the past days watching speed builds and checking out design ideas, I hope to get back to playing tomorrow evening or at least over the weekend.

I got the gold medal of the Scholey Manor and unlocked the 3 pangolin statues. It's my second gold medal in the timed scenarios. I did it literally on the very last minute because my lions didn't want to get pregnant. Next update should bring artificial insemination 😂

What a coincidence, I just came to this thread with this screenshot, that I finally finished all the scenarios about 5 minutes ago. 😂

Also finished with Scholey Manor, and man, that one is even tougher than the Cophaga Park. I also got like 6 minutes left, was waiting for lions to breed and also was adding more animals last minute just to have more visitors. What a nightmare. I am glad I will have some time before the next ones. :D
