Even half the size would do that just nit swallowing i one bite. It will look ridiculous blue whale lol 200 ton animal

Idk why people want this thing in. Blue whale size and looks nothing like a mosasaur(which is impossible to recreate anyways) shrink wrapping gallore

All the other animals look the same way. They are all shrink wrapped. JP/JW is not about accurate dinosaurs. It never has been. It's science fiction and not an educational franchise.

I ma not a fan of the JW movies. But the Mosasaurus was in JW and Fallen Kingdom. It was also highly requested for JWE and JWE2. So Frontier would be nuts not to put it in JWE2 some how. People clearly want it in.

Like I said I am not a fan of the JW movies but even I want to see how this will work in the game. If it can grab a dinosaur and drag it into the water the way a croc would with a buffalo that would be cool. lol

I like the movies but yes fallen kingdoms plot is especially dumb. I know i know. Its movie monster you dont have to tell me. But even for jp jw standards the mosa is huge lol.

I would say the size of the JW Mosasaur would be fine. Also you have to take space requirements into consideration. In a Game Informer article it was said that the maps are much bigger this time around. Do you really want to lose a bunch of space to a marine reptile exhibit? I would say no. So the 2015 size would be good. It's already bigger than the real life version.

I imagine these marine reptiles will need a lot of space for their enclosures.

Hey paul78!

We don't have anything to announce regarding swimming dinosaurs beyond aquatic reptiles. The aquatic reptiles will swim, of course.
But the Gameinformer dude said there was more than just Mosasaurus at launch
Unless you mean literal swimming dinosaurs and im misinterpreting this ofc

Hey GojiraGuy!

Just to clarify, since I can understand that my previous comment could be misread: there will be more aquatic reptiles than the Mosasaurus at launch. :) We don't have anything to announce regarding land dinosaurs being able to swim (like Spinosaurus, etc).

When you say more than, what do you mean, exactly? Just more than one, or multiple?

Yeah, but they could just be talking about two, because of JWD stuff that I won't get into here. I was wanting to know if there were any additional non-movie animals
Considering how the previous game had multiple species of dinosaurs that weren’t seen in the movies, it's very safe to assume that there will be multiple species of both pterosaurs and marine reptiles that will be included for the sequel.

From that statement, I would interpret 3 as the minimum (uses the plural and excludes the Mosasaurus), realistically I'd think there'd be at least a few, being proper animals and all.

Including deluxe DLC, I'd sort of lean towards 4-5 each of the Aerial and Aquatic species (probably mostly similar ones, especially from the Deluxe upgrade, as examples, maybe a Cearadactylus & Ornithocheirus/Tropeognathus based on Pteranodon, and a Tylosaurus & Taniwhasaurus mostly based on Mosasaurus)

I hope we can get small aquatics, like Tiktaalik, one of the first land vertebrates and ancestor to all tetrapods

Late reply, but I just had to quote this. Kudos to you Thylaco. Almost 100% spot-on so far :D
Probably we'll end up with 4+1 species each for aquatics and flyers, the Cearadactylus and Tropeognathus are in base game while the Geosternbergia is deluxe. And the new mysterious medium sized aquatic may be Tylo
