Make sure your steam account is linked to you Frontier account, then log out, then back in to the ED launcher. That fixes that issue 90% of the time.I purchased 5000 arx via Steam client. No sign of purchase in game. How long do I have to wait?
Nope you have it all wrong. FD should have Customer Support staff working 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year (366 days this year cos we are special) to instantly handle all complaints within seconds of the post. They should not only have direct contact with Steam, but the authority to bypass any safety barriers Steam may have concerning any financial transactions.Support is who you have to talk to, Not the Forums on a sunday at 22h.
But Steam takes some time, I think I waited nearly an hour last time.
I dunno why you have to straw man something like this.Nope you have it all wrong. Come on FD, get with the times, someone didn't instantly get his virtual currency to pay for something he probably can't see in game anyway.
Wow - an hour for a digital purchase? Must be run by the governmentSupport is who you have to talk to, Not the Forums on a sunday at 22h.

Seeking help on forums wasn't that bad idea after all. Now we know what to suggest when someone else encounters similiar problem.I logged out of launcher (options->log out machine) and then re-logged. Arx balance was updated by purchased amount.

All my replies from support were within 2-3 working days. By writing here, I was hoping someone representing FD would see my post and help me, but I get a feeling that they pay more attention to SOCIAL MEDIA like twitter or facebook where people often get quick answers for quick questions. I'm not using these services and I don't to plan to use them hence my question here.
Update:
After three hours there was no arx and I decided to do "something". I verified game integrity and then I logged out of launcher (options->log out machine) and then re-logged. Arx balance was updated by purchased amount.
Or by a combination of a new Internet store and Steam, which doesn't run very smooth.Wow - an hour for a digital purchase? Must be run by the government![]()

No from Germany which is one hour later.22 h? You must be from Britain, in my timezone the OP was posted at 16:20.
Yes already that with ARX, we must to pay more than what we actually buy.I dunno why you have to straw man something like this.
OP's question is pretty straightforward and fair. Doesn't really need 2 paragraphs of sarcasm does it.
I guess the stock was exhausted and the paintjob had to be made again.Wow - an hour for a digital purchase? Must be run by the government![]()
Ridiculous, we're the early guys - the Brits are always one hour later!Or by a combination of a new Internet store and Steam, which doesn't run very smooth.
