Which bugs/issues are you still experiencing?

I feel like the game def has a memory leak/problem that sneaks up the longer you leave it running. If I leave it paused for some hours, then come back everything becomes totally unresponsive and eventually finally crashes. Even when I just play for a few hours it starts to get noticeably choppy.

I've been noticing this too. Odd problems creep up but go away if I restart the game. I have the rgb lights on my system set to change color with cpu usage. When playing Planet Zoo they are always blue or green for the first while which signifies low demand. Then after a few hours they are solid red, meaning the cpu is working much harder. Not much makes my i7-9700 go into the red.
 
I have a Bengal tiger stuck in the trade centre that I can’t do anything with. It has a disease so I can’t trade it out of the zoo, and if I try to move it to quarantine or to a habitat the vet gets stuck in an endless loop of entering/exiting the trade centre until I fire them. This doesn’t happen with any other animal, only this specific individual tiger
 
@eulemur have you tried replacing the quarantine, vet surgery and trade center on that zoo map? I had this same bug effect me one time, a while ago, and deleting and replacing the buildings fixed it for me.

I have, it still happens with that one particular tiger :-( I tried reloading the save and replacing, replacing then reloading the save, putting the buildings in different places, same problem with that one animal. I’m sending the file over to Frontier tonight to hopefully take a look at.
 
I also still have limited education options in my Franchise zoo, meaning I can't set up education items for specific animals. I will probably have to close my franchise zoo because of this issue and I don't want to go back to this mode/ get involved in community challenges.

Can strike this off the list 👍
 
My hyenas are starving because their keeper does not feed them. I have tried everything and no way he feeds them. My other keeper, however, does feed the other enclosure (tapir's) which is strange, it's like they have something against the hyenas.
They have been feeding for years, but they stopped overnight.

EDIT: He has finally fed them. But now the tapir is starving. Is it possible it happens not due to a bug but due to the fact that the keepers share the hut? I don't think so because they have enough time to go and use it...

In one of my games 4 keepers share a hut and it works well in 98% of the time. But once they all wanted to feed at the same time and all queued up at the hut. In consequence one animal died of starvation.

Hey all! Thanks for collating all these bugs, it can help the team looking into your issues. I think it would be useful to also add your Issue Tracker reports to your post via editing, just so the team can look into the issue on specs like yours to reproduce them. There are so many variations of PCs out there, it can be hard to pinpoint what the issue is - this is why we ask you to make Issue Tracker reports.

Regarding the Transport Rides, I believe we are still collecting information on that, but the team are aware that some people are experiencing problems with it. We are looking into resolving that issue in a future update. However, as it is the festive season, the team are out of office, so I can't report on any other bugs I've read in this thread - I just know I definitely spoke to the team about the Transport Rides before I left myself.

Please do continue to report your bugs, it is a lot more useful than I think people believe. We are currently looking into ways to improve our Issue Tracker, as I know some people have said they aren't getting enough feedback. Thanks for all of your feedback so far on that too.

Count me towards the people who feels that he isn't getting any feedback. I mean i haven't even found any hint as to what 'expired' is meaning in terms of the bugs i reported. Not a single line in regards towards me being just stupid and doing something wrong or the team not having enough informations or anything, just an 'expired' after 1,5 months as status. I don't even know if i should re-report stuff or not given that.

Now I've seen one of my hungry hyenas eating from an enrichment toy and her nutrition did not increase. My other hyenas have eaten and they are fine now...

However, this does NOT mean the team haven’t seen it and won’t work on it, it’s a method that helps our team work out which are the most contributed reports - what could be a higher priority. It’s the same reason I asked people to post their reports in this thread too; say someone comes into this thread and discovers they have the same issue as you. If you’ve linked your report, they can contribute, instead of duplicating the same report as you. Just helps us keep things a little more streamlined. However, we do understand this does involve effort on the players half, which is why we look into ALL reports made on the tracker. Hope this helps.

Bo and you have already stated you gonna look into improving the tracker. Just to raise one issue of the tracker: if you contribute to an existing topic (which rescues everyone from double, triple etc. posts) you cannot even see this in the "my issue" section. Thus, it's tedious to find issues to repost it here or somewhere else.

I'm glad the issue tracker may be improved! Not sure if this is an issue you are aware of, but when I tried to submit bug reports the issue tracker would not let me. It would kick me back to screen where the different games are listed.

If it's possible, I think having a button you can click on the in game menu to send bug reports would be great.

@Lizziguin, Check your currency filters to make sure you don't have the threshold for CP turned way down (or completely off).

Sometimes for me even just looking at the filters it seems like they should be fine and I have to change them to get things filtering the way I want, so even if they "look" right, try that.
Thank you for the tip, there WAS something clicked for the money filter. I'm seeing all the animals for the market now. Now I'm just sad because I can't get a male grizzly, african buffalo, or aardvark cause they're overpriced x.x
 
If you're going to improve the issue tracker, please consider the following:

1.) Have the site 'remember' the choice you made regarding whether you want to see the newest issues for a particular game. Every time I go to the site I either have to choose Planet Zoo for the umpteenth time or, when Planet Zoo is chosen, I have to click on 'newest' to see the latest issues. Otherwise it'll show me solved issues.
2.) Make it easier for people to upvote and/or contribute to an issue. I'm sorry to say this, but the choice of 'can reproduce' or 'cannot reproduce' is VERY restrictive. Sometimes I simply want to add that I experience the same issue without having to go through the process of having to essentially repeat the issue. Or, when I want to upvote, I'd like to see an 'upvote' option when I look at the issue, not just when it's shown in the list.
3.) Place the list with issues at the top of the site instead of showing the five games you can choose from. Or at least make the logos MUCH smaller (or maybe place them to the side).
4.) 'Expired' is a weird way of saying an issue hasn't been reacted to. Instead of using 'expired' why not use 'timed out' or something?
5.) Someone else said it, but make it easier to search for an issue that you contributed to.

As to what bugs I'm experiencing: Still not seeing animals in the exhibit trading be listed alphabetically. Still not able to select more than one animal in the trading center in franchise mode to trade/move. Still having the 'education heat map' pop up when I want to place an education item. Still not seeing the outline/area of influence when placing a heater/cooler/do not disturb sign for the first time. And a lot more. I'm not going to create an issue on the tracker for every single problem I have or being forced to go through the tedious process of adding my contribution to an existing issue, especially not when I have no idea whether or not you're already aware of said issue and are working on confirming/fixing it.
 
I think it's important too, that we can vote for a issue even before Frontier checked on it - right now you can't vote for it until someone saw it and I can't look threw all issues everyday to put a vote on a topic that I'm expiriencing too - I like to vote when I see a simular issue, that way Frontier can see too how many people have the same issue right away. That way we don't have to write down every issue multiple times, because we can't call up for it another way.
 
Still got the issue where you cannot click on an animal in the Animal Market after applying a filter. Waiting 20-30 seconds normally fixes it but this is very tedious as it happens after every search/filter.
 
Not a bug per se, but... is anyone else experiencing serious lag/frame rate drops when their zoos grow beyond a certain number of guests/habitats or grows beyond a certain size overall? When playing my main zoo I experience fps drops all the time and the game 'stutters' when I zoom in/zoom out or move to another location quickly by clicking a notification. In my second zoo I don't experience this at all. My main zoo averages around 8K guests with a lot of habitats and facilities, my second zoo averages around 4500 guests and of course less habitats and such.
