Not to mention that it was (IMHO) one of the two best looking ships in FFE (in my mind tied with the Imperial Courier).I'm abstaining from voting. I am utterly disgusted that the V2 is not in there. Yes, I get it, it was introduced after the first Elite. But, by far, this was my favorite ship by a distance. I could fight like an angry demon, fly 27LY VERY fast, make all sorts of ridiculous deadlines, and honestly, there was no ship that I couldnt take down. I actually went looking for big fights (more enemies) in that ship. The bigger the better as far as I was concerned.
Viper Mk II. Always and Forever.
Falcon
Feel free to start a FE2/FFE ship resurrection thread/pollSaker?
Harrier?
Decent adder?
Asp with no tails?
Osprey?
Constrictor?
I change my vote ... BRING BACK THE IMPERIAL COURIER.
Yes, we must beat him with a stick until he screams "I demand they un-nerf something"Also +1 to OP for making a poll that is actually interesting, discussion-worthy, and un-self-serving. I think this is some kind of anomaly.

I tried Googling Elite Shuttle and got Elite Shuttle of Kansas City .. I don't think that's it, unless Kansas City is a station in one of the older Elite games?![]()

BoaWhich classic Elite ship would you most like to see as a playable in Elite: Dangerous? I've missed the Fer de Lance from the poll, as that's already on its way.
Boa (a slightly smaller but more advanced Python)
Cobra mk i (earlier model than the mk iii; slightly smaller, slower, clumsier and cheaper)
Gecko (small, cheap single pilot fighter - popular with pirates. Quick and agile)
Krait (small, fast, agile. No hyperspace)
Mamba (originally designed for racing - as fast as a viper but even more agile, but limited arms and very limited cargo)
Moray Star Boat (multi-role, probably midway between the Cobra and the Asp in size and capabilities - but with the added ability to explore underwater on planets. Of course in original Elite the underwater capabilities were only fluff, and I can't see them being implemented in E: D even if the ship was)
Shuttle (non-hyperdrive vessel for flitting around within a system - including planetary landings on behalf of larger ships)
Viper mk i (similar to the mk iii in role but slower than the modern ship so presumably much cheaper - the classic police ship)

Although those reference the FE2 / FFE versions, so the specs can be very different to those given or suggested by the Classic Elite descriptions. The shapes are mostly pretty similar though.
