And this is the whole problem with having any expectations of other players beyond what's set out in terms and conditions. Who knows what you or anyone else thinks "the rules" should be.
That's why terms and conditions exist, so that people can't just run around and claim any arbitrary rules they like. If i tried to appease everyone who's ever got their nose out of joint about something I'd done in the game, i literally wouldn't be able to do anything. That list includes:
- UA bombing Jacques
- UA bombing any station
- carrying thargoid materials to Colonia
- causing / contributing to the cause of any BGS state.
- playing in solo
- trading (nothing specific, just trading)
- destroying NPCs of any flavour
- supporting OPFOR in CGs such as NI, LOR or SOP; and
- attacking other players
That's ridiculous to consider i need to not undertake any of those activities because someone might think it unfair, bullying or whatever. The
only authority here is the conditions i signed up to when joining the game.
Bullying is bad, and doesn't belong in the game, but bullying, but simple, rule- abiding gameplay is not, and to try to say it is dilutes the meaning of the word and leads people suffering genuine bullying to not be taken seriously.
