Just as I was thinking of starting a thread titled "What do YOU blame T.j for?" this thread pops up.
Well, you beat me to it.

The forum database is not big enough for me to list the reasons why it is TJ's fault nor do any of us have enough life left to read said reasons. Given this it is far easier to just accept that it is, was and will always be TJ's fault!

The blame is for something that T.j did a long time ago, clouded by the onset of eons. T.j was here on this forum. T.j has always been on this forum, long before Elite: Dangerous was ever conceived.

There have been cave paintings discovered in Indonesia that depict strange wedge-shaped objects spouting showers of light. The archaeologists have no idea what the strange graphic symbols below the paintings mean, but they have isolated as string of them which they reckon means "I blame T.j"

While I enjoy people paying out on T.j, at the same time I am grateful having him around.
I am willing to say that I may even be concerned during his absence.
The guy can surely lighten up these forums most of the time.

I believe T.J. is just used as a prominent scapegoat to project ill and personal faults on. I don't think T.J. deserves so.
