Will we ever get an official apology for this disaster of a launch?

Some launch hickups is hardly reason for an "official apology". New patch was launched, servers had a rough time, bugs were found and solutions implemented, and life goes on.

It's not like someone died, it's just a few hours downtime on a videogame, FD acknowledged they were having issues and working on a fix, that's all the "official" things that were needed.

So, I couldn't get on with a stable connection until 23:00 GMT'ish last night - I was ranting and raving and calling the rest of the world unpleasant names...
Oh no, I wasn't, I remember now, I was enjoying doing something else, then had a great time for an hour in the now stable connection. I was surprised that the servers were updating an hour earlier than expected but not at all surprised that server load was massive for a few hours.

Does anyone need to apologise? Well not on the Developers side I think
