As much as I'd like a retrospective credit, I have to agree with you.
I knew what the rewards were when I first started exploring, so I'm happy with no backfill on wedge.

Are you saying that the cost to refuel DOES scale by tank size? That was not my impression from FD's statements, but I haven't actually checked that yet. I know that the cost to refuel my Cobra went down by a factor of ten. If the cost does scale with tank size, then I guess the Sideys can be refilled for the price of a (bad) cup of coffee. :)

Nah, it's just how things are. I came back from the black in time before the Wings update so I could be around to witness the changes in "inhabited" space and sold off about 4.5 mil or so of data. But I can't say I'm much miffed about it; things happen and I saw some really nice sights out there anyway.

OK, thanks. Now what about the amount we already have earned? I am just over pioneer, so let's call that 30M thus far. I need 70M (old prices) to get to Elite. If you don't change the 30M already earned to 60M, I now need 170M in new prices to get to Elite, which is the equivalent of 85M in old prices. So I will have gone backwards ...

I understand your plight. And Michael's too. I think we can all appreciate why re-balancing is challenging...
