Working Vendor Carts / Popcorn carts / Etc - Why don't any games have this?

Don't know about amusement parks as that's not something I'm interested in - the local zoo certainly doesn't have any food carts that I can remember seeing though.
Wow...that's crazy.
I've been to about 50 amusement parks and every single one has these. There's no way to miss them.
I'm guessing all these game designers have never been to an amusement park in the United States? Seems crazy...Disneyland is usually the model amusement park and they are everywhere.
But this is a zoo game, not an amusement park game. I can say I haven't seen food carts at my local zoos. I've seen small concession areas outside of the main food court, but not food carts.
They are really also not in amusement parks over here. All shops are brick and mortar ones.
That's not entirely true. I just watched a walkthrough video of a man going through Phantasieland in Germany
At 29:28 there is a vendor stall on the left hand side. That's a street vendor.
If you thought we had pathing issues now imagine the lines at the cart vendors! You'd have to restrict them to plazas and wider paths....maybe just a cart vendor skin for the booths?
I have never seen something like this in any of the countries of Europe I have been in (including my own). I was on the United States two times about 10-15 years ago and I remember seeing them, though. It looks like an American thing?
Remember we have our own Disneyland! (Even if it it’s, well...not the best). I have been there recently, only two years ago, and I’m pretty sure they have no vendor carts. Or I don’t remember seeing them.
