How Many Others Have You Noticed ?
They are too lazy to think up their own terms for new additions to the game.

And atmospheric planets when Odyssey is released. Supposed they are lazy and borrowed that term from other games as well instead of thinking up their own.
Also NMS uses space ships since the beginning of that game, something the FDev have done since 1984. The guys at NMS are lazy for not thinking anything original of their own other than space ships. By your terms, pure copyright theft.

But on the other hand NMS clearly stole the "space game" idea from 1984 Elite. I don't know whom to believe anymore.

That the nms radar was copied from elite as well as nexus was something they got the idea from destiny (Sean said so himself)?

I've heard (as I've not played the rpg myself) that the original elite, and in turn E : D, borrowed a fair amount from traveler RPG.
