I know. But many people consider it a beta. So they could also pretend its beta and act accordingly.

The problem is it wasn't advertised as a beta but a full functioning release. Running and selling an 'alpha' test phase before and giving people the impression that playing the alpha would contribute to help releasing a better finished product and dismissing all feedback in the alpha test phase as 'You're playing an old version' just added vitriol to the unfinished release. FD has nobody to blame for this than themselves.

Aside from a few peeps just out for stress, I'm positively surprised again of the civil tone in this forum - other communities could really have a look or two at that.
Well I'm really enjoying and loving Odyssey despite the issues so it doesn't bother me what Frontier call it, release or beta.
I've played other "release" games or run "release" programs with just as many, if not more issues, so rather than getting upset about it I'm enjoying Odyssey and reporting problems when I find them. It also looks like Frontier are working hard at fixing issues but it's only been a week, so of course not everything has been resolved yet.

If you think it is a beta, or very bad full release doesn't matter.
You could help, or throw the game back.
But just complaining in the forum and nothing else is not enouth in my opinion.
Besides, I still love the game.

Not actualy paid. I got the lifetime expansion pass.
Maybe I am not so angry because of that.
But your complaining about ppl complaining so if ppl are complaining about the game and your complaining about the complaining, it's still all complaining. Maybe you should look internal before you judge others.
Yes, some posts back I said, go on complaining, but also raise tickets. Help the game to improve. Or just let it rest some time and get some distance.
I just don't like the massive hate that goes against the developers.
