Yes. As far as I can remember, it’s usually exactly 24 hours after the update reveal. Yesterday’s update reveal was at 11am GMT (which was early for an announcement), so hopefully the DLC will follow suit and be announced at 11am today
Rainforest scenery park?
I agree with everyone else: that first sound was definitely Fossa, and the second sound was a hog - which matches Lydia’s “slip up” about hogs. I’m hoping for RRH, but it could be the visayan.
So only two confirmed animals, and that leaves another two + exhibit. The Balinese scenery items are cool! We have been missing SEA scenery pieces.
Hoping so hard for toucan or macaw as our walkthrough exhibit animal, and coati, shoebill, manatee, echidna, Tasmanian devil, tree kangaroo, tamarin, howler or colobus monkey… so many options!

JWE2 just got Remote viewing galleries and new zip line. I really hope we could be next

That was my guess too... although I'm not super certain of it... the clues don't seem to point in any one direction.
I’m not surprised at all if it does turn out to be a Rainforest SCENERY pack. If there’s one pack that’ll sell with the least amount of animals, it’s Rainforests. Throw in with the Fossa a Sloth, a RRH and a Primate of some kind and that’s all that’s really needed to SELL to just about ANYONE.
Whereas something like an Islands pack, I’d imagine, would be a little more obscure to the general public and would need more of a selling point. An Animal pack also would open up opportunity to explore a multitude of islands (of which there are many to choose from) rather than just five, three of them Oceania.
So no I’m not surprised at all. In fact, I think this would definitely be the most logical way forward to make a Rainforest pack and an Islands pack and sell them to the widest possible audiences!
Pretty sure they said the same thing about the Africa pack...
True. After Africa being a scenery, nothing would surprise me.
Honestly I am really torn. I want it to be Islands scenery, just because Rainforests would be so much better as an animal pack, but at the same time, I want Red River Hogs so much, but they would not make sense in Islands....
Unless it is something with loose meaning that can combine rainforest and islands animals, just as Aramar suggested the Exploration pack or something. I would not oppose such scenery pack, as it could still leave Islands and Rainforests theme for later.

That said, one clue from streaming was underestimated and that is the towers…
These are, in my opinion, the typical temples of Bali.
This makes me lean towards ISLAND PACKAGE!

Sorry for Double posting. Indonesian architecture was also recognized by a lot of people Yesterday. The tricky thing is (and I am sure Frontier is playing with us) that both Indonesian theme and the Fossa can both be represented within an Islands Pack and a Rainforests Pack.
The reason why some people think of Rainforests is that a Hog was mentioned which could stand for the Red River Hog. In this Case Islands make no Sense. But I would Not say that the RRH is a given after Yesterday and it could also be a wrong track or even be a Joke after the Twilight "leak" of the Striped Skunk. Hopefully we get news very soon
I'm leaning more and more towards a (Jungle) Expedition Pack, given the theme of the livestream.

Not always, for example grasslands animal pack and Update 1.12 the update announce at 11pm GMT and dlc at 14pm GMT I hope it would be the same for today!
I'm thinking an 'Exploration Pack' theme because that is what Tim and Lydia were doing and being similar to the Conservation Pack which will allow islands, woodlands and rainforest etc to be revisited again in dedicated animal packs. The animals of this pack are probably less documented (needing to be researched) and considered elusive - like the fossa.
