  • Game clients may close without error or crash handler
  • ASOP Terminals are unusable and fade to black when accessed
  • Harvestable Deposits may be invisible to players, cause collisions or become unavailable for scanning, mining or salvage gameplay
  • The Trams are out of sync with the station timers, causing trams to overlap or not appear on time
  • Elevators and Trams are “Jittery” during transit of Player Character
  • Players may occasionally be unable to exit a ship seat
  • When flying near another ship, ship seems to hit an invisible box that kicks it in random directions
  • Reclaimer main on-elevator control panels do not respond to input
  • Cargo may be invisible in multiple ships after being purchased
  • When attempting to start a refinery job, players receive the following error ; Something went wrong (Error code: 20)
  • Security Contractor Evaluation is not re-offered upon failure

Is CIG telling me that the only 2 bugs they had fixed really aren't fixed?

I mean, in this new PTU patch people can't get out of the seats of the ships again, and the ASOP (great rewriting) terminals can again become non-functional?

Just what I was saying the other day; either they are liars, or they are incompetent, or I don't understand video game development....
I think there comes a point where you couldn't be bothered to read the long list of known issues anymore and just take CIG at their words.
 
Hey, that's a bargain. If you backed in 2012 you got SC and SQ42 together for that $35 (maybe even SQ42 Chapter 2 as well?)

Nowadays you need to pay $45(?) for just SQ42!

That's what I paid. At the exchange rate of the time it was £22. I've spent similar amounts on other early access crap so I'm not too fussed. But I still don't think I've got what I was sold

I would actually be prepared to pay a bit more for a nicer starting ship if the game was any good. I've bought a few pointless things like paint jobs in ED
 
.... The 'only new thing' is in fact a 'huge rewrite of a core system'. This sort of rewrite always come along with a lot of bugs.
...
So is it new or a rewrite? it can't be both. it could be a new version but, if so, then it can't be a new thing.

And should not a rewrite be comparatively bug free, as you're working with a proven function, with issues already encountered and fixed in a mature and well understood eco system.

Although, applying professional or even sane expectations for this fuster cluck is, arguably, a bit silly.
