How many years is it now since Disco Landrover said that?
I * almost * said that earlier today on the new EDO VR thread but thought better of it

I have had problem with other ships disappearing though.

Off the topic but i hate the fact that Landrover replaced the classic defender with that gawd awful kerb jewelry.
The old defender came out of the factory with wonky panels and that was just perfect, give me back MY defender!
Actually, a new start up feels the same way, its face is completely wrong but the rest of it..... yeah that's the classic defender.

The trouble with those is they are like £60K + I feel there's a need for a cheap basic land rover
at £60K I'd rather have a Land Cruiser
But you could instead invest that 60k in the BDSSE!
So much more fidelity and able to walk around on spaceships instead of just sitting in those Land Rovers.
You can't even see yourself getting into those Land Rovers without a mirror.
How many Idrises can I have for the price of a Land Cruiser?

Yeah the Ineos might be a good off roader, but can it fall through the floor completely? No! Can it blow away in a stiff breeze? No!
I did have a Daihatsu once that collapsed it’s suspension, but that was nowhere near as spectacular.
My 21 year old Disco 2 started out like this when I bought it...I just added a few useful X-country bits here and there. The first pic was taken on the mainland just after I had the front winch fitted.
The Disco 2 is basically a defender chassis and running gear with the posh shiny outsides to stop the water coming in when it rains...still a proper Land Rover though, unlike the modern BMW based Chelsea tractor rubbish
