AmenIdk why the "its usually not in open habitats" argument is a thing (for stuff like crowned pigeons and other ground based birds that is).
We got PLENTY animals that are usually kept in aviaries, topped of enclosure, or completely indoor settings and yet all of them are standard habitat animals. If realism is that factor here one can always build an aviary or cage for them
There's plenty of open top jaguar enclosures, Chester's is a good example and that is probably the best jaguar enclosure in Europe.Ah, cats, yes. I only thought about monkeys just now.
Fun fact: I actually do net my clouded Leopard habitats. I believe I saw some Jaguar habitats without netting though... can be wrong.
Again, the netting argument was more of a "can I imagine that bird mostly on the ground without it totally breaking immersion for me.
My number one most wanted animal! The stork would be so useful for me.May i introduce africas best missing bird?
Imagine being:

- Iconic as Heck
- The most common stork kept in captivity and the 26. most common EAZA animal with 459 holdings, not to mention all the wild storks that breed in many zoos
- A Diverse and Useful range like this and being one of the most well known migratory birds, covering europe, subsaharan africa, india, the middle east and parts of central asia
- A bird that doubles as both a wetlands and a grasslands bird
Easily one of the most flexible yet distinct birds the game could add as a slam dunk addition to so many different areas and themes, theyd be a near perfect pick

Mind to elaborate on why?Ngl marabou storks better.
It just looks a lot more iconic to meMind to elaborate on why?
Elevates it from being a nothing statement
Counter argument for the marabou: who doesn’t want a bird that comes straight out of my nightmaresI vote for the saddle billed stork, who doesn't want a bird with a colorful beak

Both the marabou stork and shoebill are creepy birds to me, not something I would actively want to see ingame.Counter argument for the marabou: who doesn’t want a bird that comes straight out of my nightmares
Why wouldn’t you want a terrifying bird demon? Release em on the protesters show them what’s what lolBoth the marabou stork and shoebill are creepy birds to me, not something I would actively want to see ingame.
Salzburg keep their vultures in the open habitat and they fly over the zoo or just sit around their nests. It’s really cool.We should be friends
But now I want vultures. Badly.
Guest doesnt seem to be happy about a bunch of guts laying aroundSalzburg keep their vultures in the open habitat and they fly over the zoo or just sit around their nests. It’s really cool.

Are the vultures even real zoo animals or did they just make home there because of getting fed? Like storks, swans and ducks do aswellSalzburg keep their vultures in the open habitat and they fly over the zoo or just sit around their nests. It’s really cool.

We already have oneAnyone still think we could get a nocturnal pack?
Probably not. It would have the same marketing strat as twilight, and since people would see this as a twilight 2.0 this would definitely not bring back players. And would such a pack be a succes and possible bring back many players?
A nocturnal pack again so soon would be such a let down. 2 specialised dlcs that attract only a certain player is a bad idea to end the year, to complement the oceania pack, frontier should really appeal for the casual market with either a winter themed pack or head to a popular region such as South America. Was just thinking about what pack hasn't been discussed yet (or not so much). And what Aramar said that the pack will be something totally unexpected. Anyone still think we could get a nocturnal pack? Like with for example slow loris, bushbaby, other solely nocturnal animals... And an update to make real dark buildings. Perhaps even our first regular exhibit mammals? And would such a pack be a succes and possible bring back many players?
