The trouble with JWE is that the best prehistoric animals are from the Cenozoic and no one does them justice. Prehistoric Kingdom at least has Paracerathium, but where are the Gomptotheres? The Brontotheres? The Chalicotheres? The Plesiadapis? The Entodont? The Perucetus?

Best hope is PZ bringing in more survivors like muskox and saiga.

Hard to believe that these two images are from the same game. The Utahraptor is gorgeous and lifelike, and the Deinonychus is a . . . tadpole.

If I’m being honest I love all the new species, but I don’t feel the same excitement that I did with the marine species pack. I really was expecting an expansion because of the lack luster anniversary statue. I’m excited, but I feel like I’ll get bored of this pack too soon after building for all the new animals.

I'm actually more excited about these than the lagoon, because lagoon animals just don't have much interactivity with anything outside the lagoon. They don't attack the drones, they don't attack dinosaurs/pterosaurs, and they don't attack people. There isn't any challenge to house them apart from space and expenses.

But I was hoping for an expansion, as well, so yeah

I got bored of the marine pack after about a month. So I shouldn’t have said I liked marine more than this one, I think I’ll like them the same. This is why we should be lucky for PZs consistent schedule. Imagine if we had only animal packs or worse only 4-5 species a pack.

The pack before with ocean creatures was amazing. Something totally new. But this pack looks like just a color variations to whats already in the game.

I wouldn’t say colour variations but I agree they are extremely similar to in game creatures. Concavenator literally is australovenator with a sail and quills.

Consoles like an xbox as stated in the comment are nearly twice the price compared to the european/North american options.
