Winter 2023 DLC Speculation

I still think we can get something in 1-2 hours. and if not tomorrow must be, isn't? like as I said they kind of have to announce the dlc and update this week otherwish idk how they gonna do it because on saturday and sunday they not working.

Then monday and it's already the 4th in december and then if it's Animal Pack they need to have 9 days difference a least because they have 8 animals to reveal + Dev Journal and i'm sure it gonna be the 12th in december the launch day (because it's Tuesday and if it would be week after i think then frontier on vacation and it would be too close for christmas and christmas sale)

So I am almost sure we going to get the news this week

I agree as well (so far). The building and foliage pieces were awesome and super useful. And other than the AWM which i do think could've been any other SA animal i like all the animals. And sure the gibbon should've been a monkey but i think they are quite different from the siamang and i prefer them. Will see if next pack is better.

Coffee is 😋. what are you talking about? Must have only had bad coffee. Jk not everyone likes it... :(
Good coffee is almost sweet. Imo.
I like coffee, but it needs to be sweet and have creamer or milk. If it's black, I can't stand it. But when it's essentially chocolate milk but coffee, I will chug it down
Regarding this years DLCs,

Hot take: Tropical was the best pack this year.
I agree. I have to say that they are the best this year and go hand in hand with the peccary, funnily enough (thanks to @FlameWizard492, I am afraid to use ironically🤣🤪)

How has everyone felt about this year? I liked Arid and Oceania but IDK this year was kind of not at all what I wanted...
This year's been a weird mix. From the list I had at the start of the year, I got 4 of my top 5 wanted mammals (Sloth, Tasmanian Devil, Porcupine, Red River Hog) and it seems a fair chance I'll finish that off with the top slotted Wolverine. The fact the Sloth was an exhibit was slightly disappointing but also understandable.

Beyond those 4 animals though? I really liked the Oceania pack roster but the Arid and Tropical rosters were just alright. Peccary was great though.

So of the 16 habitat animals so far (so not counting the Sloth) , super excited we got 4 mammals and the Kiwi, really happy with another 2 (Little Penguin and Quokka) and most of the rest were just alright or less than that.

I guess the year could have been better, since most of what we got I wasn't too interested in, but at the same time they really came through with most of my most wanted animals (and may yet with the final 2023 pack).

I swear, if we get both the Wolverine and Spectacled Bear in this next pack, which is quite possible, that will go a long long way towards completing the mammal roster for me.

Woah, you better hope that you're right, bud, or Britches will have your neck

I cannot really understand your Statement. Even if you did not get the animals you wanted to get there is no doubt about the quality we got delivered in my opinion. Animals Look Beter and better with such an eye of Detail. We got the Porcupine people thought could be Impossible. They went Back to the Orang Utan to let it brachiate. And I think this is a difficult and Not really appreciated Thing to give such a mechanic to a Base Game animal. We got a Lot of Community favourites. And in case of the Updates. What is the expectation? Updates get smaller over time. That is Just a normal Thing. Really, such a comment Like " Let this Game end with dinity" I cannot understand. You must Not Like the rooster. That is totally okay. But I really do not See quick and dirty work.
It must be a language barrier then - as with the last time you put words into my quote that aren't there. And as with the last time I again ask you: Where were I saying the new animals lack quality? I assume, as with the last time you can't say where I said that. It's okay. Because I did not say it. I also did not use terms like "quick and dirty work". That was your interpretation - I guess the interpretation of what I actually said, which was " "lets quickly throw out one highly requested animal and a few fillers to make the last bit of profit."

It does not say anything about the quality of the three african antilopes, it just says that they were filler animals to make up for the work of the porcupine. In my opinion, that was far less noticeable in packs from the previous years.

So, in fact, you don't understand on a word level what I'm saying. But I also assume we have different opinions on that matter. I don't need you or anyone agree with me, but in the future, I'd appreciate if you refrain from putting words in my mouth or assuming I made statements I never made. If my posts are triggering for you, I can assure you, the ignore list is a bliss at times.

Paring down the Eurasian theme, to a scenery pack. Perhaps something from both Eastern Europe and West Asia for building pieces?
Muskox (headliner)
Wolverine
Eurasian Otter
Wild Boar
Exhibit: Flying Squirrel

Tangential Base Game Update - Obviously, updating the HBB to the EBB.

I’m not judging, just curious, I see a lot of people want flying squirrels. Is that a common thing in zoos? I’ve never had a desire for them, but they are very cool animals.

I drink black coffee which can taste not the best. Especially since we just have a pod coffee maker... :( You should try Starbucks Christmas Blend 2018. That was sweet and yummy even if it was black. Other faves: Anniversary Blend at Starbucks, Sumatra, Columbia.
