I'm not convinced that it has to be a tundra pack, but here goes my roster:

Tundra animal pack
Wolverine
Raccoon dog (here's a nice tundra-themed build for inspo )
Musk ox
Himalayan tahr
Ribbon seal
Arctic or Snowshoe hare
Pika
Snowy owl WE I mean seriously why not

This is taking this as the definition of tundra allowing alpine tundra into the mix:

Okay, I'm going to try a Tundra pack thingie that would actually excite me:
  • Walrus
  • Stoat
  • Wapiti
... great. If we can't add flying birds or whales, I guess I'm done :D Raccoon dog and Wolverine are off limits in a tundra pack or are they not? Sorry, the climate regions always confuse me, especially the taiga/tundra thing.

Haha the Takin VS Muskox is JUST AS TRIVIAL as the Snub Nose VS Gelada. One is prettier colours, the other has a more impressive shape and look. Neither set it massively comparable, and all four deserve an in game spot.
We have the Scimitar Oryx, Addax and Dama Gazelle in the same game. We have the Amur Tiger and Bengal Tiger in the same game. We have the Grizzly Bear and (regrettably) the Himalayan Brown Bear in the same game. There’s no reason we can’t have all four of the gorgeous animals that are seemingly pitted against each other for no apparent reason.

Wolverine are Tundra animals, at least according to Wikipedia
