Next few weeks I think was mentioned in the report. So I'm guessing mid-late February.
So would the Pack be announced before or after the console release reveal? I’m assuming a bit after like between announce and launch of the console, but who knows.

Yeah that struck me as odd as well. Of course, could just be the announcement for console coming soon. Though why that would help anyone since it's sales through steam I have no idea. Unless they are just making one last major push for big sales before the console release to get as many PC players as possible.
It's just really odd timing considering we had two big sales in the last two months, but that was for Steam sales not exclusively Frontier sales.
The thing is Zoo Tycoon is microsoft IP, they have the last word if they port it.
About dlc, the outsource_lqa is not update so no dlc soon.
Its off topic but micro mentioned after the success of Zoo Tycoon board game they have plans to resurrect it.

Yeah last week the report said the next console port will be announced in the next few weeks. To me few weeks means more than 1 but less than 4. So within early Feb it should be announced.
We could either get the console version in March and the next new DLC multiplatform in April
Or the console could come in April/May after the next dlc
The increased YouTube engagement looks like they are ready to drop the announcement trailer at some point. With barely any community team left I doubt we'd see a special livestream.
I'm thinking that aswell, my guess is that the existing social media team has been told to expand to other platforms to increase engagement after the franchise server hiccup to prevent more player loses.
What YouTube engagement you are all talking about? Can you please share a link or sth?
Look at the Community tab on the official YouTube channel. They started posting on the community tab 12 days ago, which they never did before now.
From what I understood in their financial report meeting, they will announce it in February.
And they are not doing it for any other game either. Eventhough JWE2 is confirmed to get atleast one more DLC. So they are probably getting ready for a youtube trailer drop soon and maximising engagement. And with the steam sale they are getting more players to sell the next big dlc to.
It will be interesting to see which order they do the console release and new DLC. I'm honestly hoping for console release before the next DLC because then if they want they can continue with multiplatform dlc.
