This is probably years away and the hype about NMS before release is still lingering, so somebody else can give it a shot. Thanks anyway.Maybe when it is released - it is just an announcement trailer. I thought it would fit in the NMS thread just because it is Hello Games but feel free to start one if you like.
That looks neat, but at first I genuinely thought it's another update to NMSThey also announced a new game today - "Light No Fire"

End of the trailer: “Our journey continues…” with the written caption “More will follow” so I wouldn’t be writing it off just yetOmega sounds like it's the last update. Given they have announced their next game that seems very likely.

It's not a writeoff. Some opus just gets finished and this sounds like it. Doesnt matter if the picture still gets a new frame now and then..

I think our personal views of what constitutes "an update" may make that statement quite subjective I am afraid. It's a mystery why NMS gets so many big and free expansions with tons of new content and features compared to ED. NMS had 25 big free updates (a dozen+ are expansion worthy). Meanwhile ED had around 4 big expansions (post-launch base-game updates, Horizons, Beyond updates, Odyssey).
