Very neat. My PC is dying, but I just managed to see it before it crashed; hopefully I'll be able to participate more next time!

Any ETA on the ship kits/etc?

Dang it! Seconds before the big bang, an interceptor decided to nibble at my already weakened hull, so I had to move my ship away from the most perfect screenshot location to at least survive until kaboom. So here's a mediocre picture from after the event. :cry:

I witnessed a total Titan meltdown and all I got was a caustic t-shirt!

You announced the imminent destruction of the Titan by sending several inbox messages, and posts on forums with 24 hours notice. You then set the Thargoid fighters to not aggro visiting CMDRs during the last stages of Titan's decay (I'm bringing popcorn to the next one).

You even sent an inbox warning and set an in-game countdown 10 mins before the event. When it finally broke out, and unlike the mass murdering that happened in HIP 22460, you set a blast wave to push everyone to a safe distance before triggering the explosion.

The detonation itself, and all of the related effects, was jaw dropping. I'm at a loss for superlatives to describe what just happened.

From this fan of the game, CONGRATS to everyone involved. Very well done!!

The week leading up to this has been brilliant, from the Galnet articles, the in game mails we were sent, the final countdown. Just brilliant, huge congratulations.

And if that is a way to test whether live events are possible going forwards into Update 19... Then bring it on!

Anyone who was involved with this deserve all the praise, that was a stunning gaming moment!

That was a truly incredible experience. Frontier you did a really amazing job, not only in the planning, design, and programming but also in pulling it off flawlessly. I can see a lot of work went into this and everyone involved deserves a big thank you!

I really enjoyed every minute of this event this week especially the finale (or is it the finale?). I'm so glad I got to see it in person. Thank you!
