Also: them saying they “don’t have any plans to release the animals separately” is not quite the same as: “we will never make them available” so I think it’s possible for those who miss preorder they have a chance one day.
Depends how much the console playerbase can be pushed around though, I'm not seeing anyone seem upset by the comment so far that isn't a pc player. Also: them saying they “don’t have any plans to release the animals separately” is not quite the same as: “we will never make them available” so I think it’s possible for those who miss preorder they have a chance one day.
If I had to guess they have a secret third option:I wouldn’t say this is a sign of a crappy final pack, but this kind of decision definitely fits in with some of their animal picks last year. Makes me wonder if other than the meta wishlist animals which they know people wanted, they actually think about how people will respond to the ones they choose. Like did they question themselves “would players like another gazelle?” Or “is there something else that’s easy to make that most people would enjoy?” Hope they ask themselves these kinds of questions for the finale pack, I mean it’s not hard to choose the wrong animal yet they do time and time again. At this point just get someone to scroll through the speculation threads and see what the community wants lol
Throwing money at the screen for this pack, why isn’t it working!North vs South Americas pack
. Coati (South)
. RIngtail (North)
. Spectacled Bear (South)
. American Black Bear (North)
. Greater Rhea (South)
. Greater Roadrunner (North)
. Black Howler Monkey (South)
. Squirrel Monkey (North)
. Brazilian Porcupine (South)
. North American Porcupine (North)
. Jamaican Fruit Bat (South) (WTE)
. Mexican Free-tailed Bat(North) (WTE)
How About Whiptail Lizards? They Are Probably One Of The Most Well Known Examples Of Asexual Reproduction And We Don't Really Have The "Generic" Lizard Body Plan In Game Yet.If we get another North American pack I don’t think it should be a snake, but rather a lizard, like a chuckwalla or something.
Yeah ive watched a couple. If anyone is interested, there is a lot of videos about the console edition out on YouTube.
Content creators said that they’ve had the access to the game for about a week now.
Exclusive pre-order content is very common. So having something locked up in this way says nothing about Frontier as a company IMHO. It's standard practice.PZ players finding out what type of company Frontier is. Almost every game got ed in some way, time to PZ lol.
Definitely agree. But it would still behoove people to pre-order now, I think, based on this response! Also: them saying they “don’t have any plans to release the animals separately” is not quite the same as: “we will never make them available” so I think it’s possible for those who miss preorder they have a chance one day.
I wonder if that's got to do with the player base. I don't think I've purchased a console game in the last decade that didn't have some kind of pre-order bonus... But it's usually something that doesn't feel all that special in the grand scheme of things.Depends how much the console playerbase can be pushed around though, I'm not seeing anyone seem upset by the comment so far that isn't a pc player.
I hope so too and I think they do ask those types of questions. Thus the camel and black rhino in the Arid pack. Those were in demand/discussed as obvious gaps so even if they weren't the highest... They probably viewed those as key picks. I can't explain the gazelle or donkey in that same pack, though. Hah.I wouldn’t say this is a sign of a crappy final pack, but this kind of decision definitely fits in with some of their animal picks last year. Collared lizard all the way.If we get another North American pack I don’t think it should be a snake, but rather a lizard, like a chuckwalla or something.
I’m gonna guess the biggest advantage is it’s ease of access, it’s easier for me to buy a $600 Xbox and get the game than it is for me to buy a computer.Yeah ive watched a couple.
Its pretty much how i expected, the same game with a slightly different layout and a couple disadvantages
I love these little guys! So colorful against their desert home. Oddly enough I think the first time I saw the collard lizard in person was when I was at the Georgia Aquarium.Collared lizard all the way.
Exhibits imo work best for animals that are really colorfull so you can spot them easiliy.
And well, you cant get much more colorfull than them

Yeah i meant disadvantages more for me personally, should have said that.I’m gonna guess the biggest advantage is it’s ease of access, it’s easier for me to buy a $600 Xbox and get the game than it is for me to buy a computer.
I know computers aren’t hard to make, and making them makes them cheaper. That is a huge hurtle for me to run planet zoo well, honestly the new Xbox can probably run a more intensive zoo than my gaming laptop can.
Yeah honestly same I wouldn’t either if I didn’t have to. I’ve been getting kinda bored with the game recently, maybe it’s lack of motivation and ideas, but I think it’s mostly because of the lack of content currently, hope we get something soon.I don’t think Il be playing much this spring-summer if we don’t get anything
