Anyways, it's been a while, so what's new here?
I haven't been playing PlanZo that much, other than the random update to my channel. I've been playing Kenshi, Stellaris, and a little bit of Stardew Valley. Also just got Tropico 6, a nice sequel to Tropico 4.
No new movies I'm interested in other than Sonic 3. Star Trek, been watching the OG series, Voyager, and Strange New Worlds (imma say it: I'm more of a Trekkie than a Star Wars fan)...

Oh, and Bruce the frog is still with me, but he's picky and has been spitting his food out, so I'm trying to experiment with different options. He surprisingly hated the red crawlers I bought him, so I wasted $15
What? A picky pacman frog? What kinda witchcraft is this?

I don't really know anything about dinosaurs but I did love The Land Before Time when I was a kid! I have watched the Attenborough dinosaur documentaries but I never remember the species' names. Dinos are cool though. I have some dinosaur PJs 😂
I think you’re thinking of Walking with Dinosaurs.
Guys I just watched the Bluey special that released yesterday, and oh my goodness was it good. I don’t know if any of you guys are Bluey fans too so I won’t spoil it but it was definitely one of if not the best episode they’ve done so far.
Heck yes! No spoilers, but when Bandit did what he did after the realtor called him, it made me so happy! And it made me even more happy when Chili tackled him! They’re so in love!
The story goes that, in the 1930s, a Scottish naturalist named Hobard Quell went to South America and discovered a valley where dinosaurs had survived the extinction (all South American species, mind you).

After establishing it as a nature preserve and managing to acquire the valley, named Tierra Olvidada, under his ownership, via Quell Laboratories, he kept the place protected from poachers. Time passed and he was getting older, and in 1945, shortly before his death, he passed ownership to his son, Jonathan. Jonathan had no interest in the place, but instead was curious about a mysterious plant known as Amahirium, which was found only in the valley. He stripped the place to harvest this to make pharmaceutical drugs. Quell Laboratories used techniques they learned from the Amahirium Cartel to properly harvest and transplant the odd foliage to their uses, but this process caused any species to fall extinct once again.
When the public caught wind, conservation groups where formed, most notably the Paleo Patrol, an extremists dinosaur protection group, demanding for changes.

Time later, Jonathan died in an accident and his son, the infamous Samson Quell, takes over. Worst of all, he performs cruel experiments on the remaining dinosaurs and caused even more species to fall extinct. When the conservation groups, backed by the authorities, threatened to take the ownership away, Samson, in a desperate attempt, went to OnyxoCore, a genetics company that worked in tandem with Quell Laboratories back when Jonathan was in control.
OnyxoCore cloned brand new species to fill the gaps, including the Tyrannosaurus, the Dakotaraptor, and the Sinornithosaurus. Quell, however, secretly used these newly cloned species for his experiments. Dr. Jonah Onyx, founder of OnyxoCore, threat to expose Quell.

In order to prevent this, Quell contacted a disgruntled OnyxoCore employee, Dr. Dimitri Lambros, and the 2 conspired to.
murder Jonah; Quell so that he doesn't get exposed and Lambros so that he gains control of OnyxoCore. They poisoned Onyx, making everyone believe it was heart failure.
However, Miguel Onyx, Jonah's nephew, became head of OnyxoCore instead. Despite this, Quell promoted Lambros to be head scientist for Quell Laboratories, which made him defacto head of OnyxoCore (due to the partnership); he also gave him a private bungalow deep in the forest to perform his own sadistic experiments without interference from anybody.

However, there was a leak in the company, exposing Quell Laboratories. The Paleo Patrol demanded that a representative be onsight at all times, nominating Victor Martinez, the current vice president of Quell Laboratories; Victor is a compassionate man and was once a great lawyer, and he was chosen because of his empathy towards the Paleo Patrol and his high position.

Quell became even more desperate and demanded that OnyxoCore, against Miguel's wishes, design hybrid dinosaurs to experiment with. Quell's reasoning: "These hybrids technically don't exist, making them fully under our control. They have no rights."
It was shortly after this that the Quell Laboratories Incident (2001) occured...

And that's the build up😂
Yes, I have hybrids, but the story is not at all revolved around them; they only cause 1 "on-screen" death and nothing more. Most of the species I chose are gonna be scientifically accurate in design, with some theories thrown in on their behavior (and some of my own). For example, Sinornithosaurus (or Sinthies) are speculated to be venomous, so they will have venom in the book. Tropeognathus has a bonus club on its snout, so they will behave like flying battering rams...

SO far, I have 8/10 chapters done, and I just started chapter 9. When I'm done, I'm gonna post it on the Prehistoric Legacy fandom site (which is still in the works because there's only 3 of us working on it)
Holy crap, that sounds awesome. I will gladly purchase a copy when you release it! Speaking of creative writing, I’ve actually recently had an idea for a story come to me in a dream, and I wanna se if I can eventually make something out of it. I’ve also had a few ideas for comedy songs, but I haven’t written any melodies or recorded anything yet. They’ve just been sitting on the back-burner.

I hope I get to release it. At the very least I'll upload it online for people to enjoy. I actually have the novel cover somewhere...

And yeah, I've always loved to write. I have many other stories of various genres I wanna do. For example, another story I made is a Star Wars fanfic called Legacy of Quell. Quell is a descendant of an ancient, secretive order of Force Sensitives, the Venatore, who want a true balance in the Force, both Light and Dark Side, so they work behind the scenes to help prevent one side from being dominant.

During the reign of the Empire, the Venatore by that time had become corrupted by the growing influence of the Sith. To help this, Quell's parents figure out a way to put their son in the Inquisitorius, hoping to have some kind of connection to destroy the Sith (as the Jedi are now gone). Quell grows up, trains at the Inquisitor Castle, but eventually leaves the Empire and helps the Rebellion.

After the Battle of Endor, Quell helps Luke by traveling across the galaxy, looking for potential students and lost Jedi to rebuild the Jedi Order. It's during this time that Quell finds out about his past, joining the Venatore and attempting to destroy the Jedi. However, he once again rejoins the Jedi, and a huge battle ensues, causing many of these Jedi and Venatore to fall. The Venatore survivors flee whole the surviving Jedi, their spirits broken, decide to do their own things.

Quell joins forces with a an ex-Venatore Shistavanen, Wel Chaco (Welch) and become mercenaries, while also trying to find and destroy the last of the Venatore. The series ends with Quell forming a new order, much akin to the original Venatore of millenia ago: the Paladins of Quell...

But I have yet to actually write down the story. I only have the ideas on paper (like most of my stories😂)

I am the 3rd episode. Captures the games spirit pretty well. I used to play New Vegas alot and the show makes me want to replay it.
Same! Vegas was the best by far, might replay it soon. Was disappointed with Fallout 4. Wonder if they'll bring out 5 soon after this hype? Found the show hilarious, really well written. Final episode for me tonight, oh yay.

Well, speaking of shows, anything y'all would recommend?
.Bluey
Incredible storytelling, resonates with anyone of any age, very wholesome and cute
. Andor
Really well done, slow-paced drama/action show that happens to take place in the Star Wars universe, but you really don’t need to understand or watch any other Star Wars media to understand it.
. The Mandalorian
With the Book of Boba Fett in between seasons 2 and 3, it will make the most sense because they basically made it a Mando season 2 1/2. It’s very fun and action packed but also at some points funny and even cute with Baby Yoda.

I neglected to mention that I've seen those as well. Maybe I'll rewatch. BoBF again; the rancor is the best part, especially with Danny Trejo as the new rancor keeper

Well, speaking of shows, anything y'all would recommend? I've finished all the shows I started, namely Monk, Death in Paradise, and all of the old Star Trek shows.

I've been rewatching other things, mostly Chowder and Kim Possible; may start rewatching Jimmy Neutron again
Watched sherlok recently and its really cool

Made in this concept of a logo for my zoo, does anyone have a recommendation for a nice free graphic programm?
