Well, speaking of shows, anything y'all would recommend? I've finished all the shows I started, namely Monk, Death in Paradise, and all of the old Star Trek shows.

I've been rewatching other things, mostly Chowder and Kim Possible; may start rewatching Jimmy Neutron again
I’ve been watching the Justice League animated series, and then I plan on watching Batman: The Animated Series next.

Oh, I've kinda wanted to watch those, but they're only on HBO, which we don't have.
Have y'all seen Batman: Brave and the Bold?

In other news, Bruce the Pac-Man From has officially passed today. I came home from a long day of work, went to check on him, and he was dead. Limp, pupils are tiny, and not moving at all😭
He only lived to 1 1/2 - 2 years, when they usually live 10. I feel like a failure. (Pull yourself together, Quell. You took care of him and he had a happy home)

Aw man sorry to hear that

Aw no, I’m so sorry. Rest in peace Bruce. ♥️🐸

My deepest condolences.

So sorry buddy 😥

Fave shows recently (and not so recently)

* Station 11 - best by far, stand out storytelling and world building. Post apocalyptic circuscore philosophical time puzzle. Nothing else like it.

* Fallout. You don't have to know the game to enjoy it. Doesn't take itself seriously, maintains top notch writing. Great cast.

* The Good Place - haven't loled this much since Community. Similar vibe. Gentle fun.

* UK Traitors seasons 1 and 2 - wayyy better than the US version. It's been a phenomenon over here. Even people who don't usually watch reality tv got so into this. Edge of your seat tension, twisty madness.

Actually, I've been watching Leverage again. Have y'all seen it?
It's basically Robin Hood. The intro kinda explains the whole thing:

If y'all haven't seen it, y'all are definitely missing out. I know for a fact it's included with Amazon Prime

I like everything about it. Now will the llama no longer be the sole barnyard animal. It'll share a zoo section with the 7 animals in this pack and the camels if you wanna stretch it...

Plus, new animal-guest interactions coming alongside it? It's beautiful
While the animals themselves are not exciting to me. But it's the ability to finally make petting zoos that has me hyped! So I'm definitely excited but not in the usual way.

It wasn’t my first choice for what the new DLC would be, but I’m still excited, especially for the Highland Cattle!
Btw, I have a hunch that a lot of people weren’t happy about the amount of clones. Regarding that, I have a theory that the developers invested more into making animal interactions possible in-game.
I'm sure you're right, I'm warming up to this pack as it sinks in. My initial feeling was disappointment that there were no bunnies and that the kid's playgrounds were left out - that seemed to be a big part of the 'farmyard / petting zoo / barnyard / kid's area' theme ideas that we've all been bouncing around on this forum for the last couple of years. But the animal encounters will more than make up for it. Plus the guests are so annoying, they'd probably just get stuck in the playground and yell at us until we delete them anyway 😂 I've been wanting a farmyardy type thing for a long time now so overall I'm hyped. Inevitably I'd have chosen a slightly different roster, but that will always be the case - I can understand the picks and it's a major bonus to get lots of scenery plus animals.

I'm very very happy about the highland cow, the donkey and the tamworth pig <3

Plus it gives us one more SA animal.....I am absolutely convinced that we're still getting a SA animal pack though. How on earth could they leave us without monkeys, parrots and a coati?

So...how are we all feeling about the DLC?
Mixed. Petting zoos/ domestics were inevitble and I don't really mind, but some of the species choices are bland. This is basically an expansion to the europe pack. Also missed opportunity for an exhibit animal. Common snapping turtle or a mantis species would have been great for this pack. I'm excited for the chicken, highland cattle, and alpaca though.

Doesn't really count sorry. We got the llama, now the alpaca. Is basically the same thing. Same noche, same región and biome of SA. And we are still missing the things we really need.

I'm really so down after that reveal. I was looking forward to this DLC. This turno out to be the worst case scenario for me. I whould've bought this pack if it had a duck and a rabbit, but that roster is just so... boring.

On the bright side i don't think it is the last pack and i've been saving money this time haha.
