Spring 2024 DLC Speculation

I’m glad I live in Australia and don’t have the temptation to just drive to the Frontier office, loiter outside until I find a Planet Zoo dev and ask them to coffee to see if I can tease out some DLC info… or at least try and peek into the windows. This wait has sent me insane.

(I imagine window-peeking would involve climbing some squirrel shaped topiary.)

Done with finals and back in the US! I hope we get some news today, don’t be surprised if I’m not on the forum much this break. I’m with my lady and besides spending all of Saturday flying I haven’t had time to be on the forums much.

My best guess is tease today, announcement tomorrow, showcase in the stream.

Or they just announce it today and show it Wednesday.

Either way Wednesday is what we confirmed know for news. So we are 100% gonna hear something.

I've seen them in the wild on Svalbard, they are truly massive!

Long live walruses! I had the opportunity to sleep in a lodge with windows giving a direct underwater view of their pool at Pairi Daiza, and it was truly a great experience. I've been in love with these animals ever since, and still hope to see them one day in Planet Zoo. Generally speaking, I'm passionate about the species living in the Arctic Circle, and this zone will never seem complete in my park without the walrus and musk ox.

They said the stream includes the latest updates on specifically PC version, something will definitely be revealed by then.

Earth day is the major cause of suspicion for today specifically.

Regardless, they are going to put the trailer in the stream if it exists, so it probably doesn't make much difference when they post it (they did release a video for Amargasaurus during stream for an early JWE2 stream, not sure if they've done that before for Planet Zoo).

On the JWE2 side of things, we kind of know it's still not for a while from the steamDB (more than 2 weeks away), so it's a bit weirder. A trailer isn't expected just yet, so it's not clear how much depth they'll go into.
