Does anyone think why the animal icons of alpine goat and chicken in zoopedia are purple in colour?

I think it is likely to be fixed when the DLC is officially out.
the contend creators get a like pre release version of it, so there sometimes is a bug iron out or something to finish up (donkey stripe cough cough) before it goes out to the players
Is it really small, though? I'm not being sarcastic, I'm genuinely asking because most people say that it's too small but then I hear people not saying that it's small but a good size and that small varieties exist
Absolutely love the new scenery pieces. The animals look good too. I especially love the sheep, goat and donkey. But the highland cow seems too small.
That's good, I was worried it would just include all walkthrough species.
To add:
Mature bulls can weigh up to 800 kg (1800 lb) and heifers can weigh up to 500 kg (1100 lb). Cows typically have a height of 90–106 cm (35–42 in), and bulls are typically in the range of 106–120 cm (42–47 in).
I measured, and I'm 5 feet 9 inches (69 inches, I believe). The cow reaches my stomach (47 inches), so I don't think the cows in-game are that small; smaller than expected because I'm used to large cattle, but not crazy tiny
It's not too small though, the highland cow in the field opposite my house are the same size. Like the American donkey, the cows come in miniature, standard and large sizes.
How would you rate the cow, now? Seeing it in action
Much better than the initial reaction, seeing them in the videos with the different color variants easily makes this the best animal of the pack.
From what I've seen on YouTube, the Standard Variety (which I guess the one in the DLC is actually supposed to be) reaches approximately from a bit below the Shoulder to a bit above it
Edit: maybe the second one is the large Variety someone mentioned. Would definitely love though for the ones in the Game to be bigger
You still can absolutely destroy New Zealand bush with equally destructive wild boarsI appreciate that we're no longer able to release domestic animals to the wild, that feels like the kind of change that was necessary for a pack like this. Oh well, no establishing a horde of feral Tamworth pigs in the New Zealand bush for us

The cow is too small. Sure, Highland Cows aren’t MASSIVE by any means, but in general they are bigger than that. If they were going for a miniature, this size would be irritating but passable. If this is the general size of the cattle in game, then they seriously need a resize. Standard size should be shoulder height, not shin height. This has really put a dampener on the pack for me.
They needed a Compromise. Either a Herding Dog or a Cow, so we got a Dog sized Cow
I'm more concerned about the capuchins. Small monkeys tend to be more feisty
Animals look amazing. Love that the petting animation vary, that is a nice surprise.
It is a shame that stone wall is not a new barrier after all, blueprint is nice, but it is made from so many small pieces that it will not help with performance. Another thing is that the Buddleia Bush is not the same as the big one from the Butteefly exhibit but rather just a part of it? Was really hoping for the whole big bush.
